But the Jehovah Race - it has no end!! And just when you think the end of the race is up ahead, Jehovah moves the finish line another 100 miles up the track. So you keep running and running and running, never to reach the end.

JW's need to wake up and realise there is only one Finish line they need to worry about - thats' the one each of them will reach, their own private Finish line when they drop dead on the track after running after the wind all their lives.

reports have been heard that brother price has been getting his 10 hours of field circus in for awhile, allowing him to get the privilege to carry the mics at the kingdumb hall.

the 1st time he was handed the microphone (with the stick attached (we all know what ones i am talking about)) he started thrusting it in a very innapropiate way (pornia).

this caused the elders to end the meeting right there and form a judicial hearing.

it is a wonderful.

his song "hallelujah" was featured in shrek.

The desperation of JWs hoping the end comes "soon"

i'm starting to sense a certain desperation among jws, that they feel that the great tribulation must start soon.

i think this is due, in many cases, to their own personal situation, financial or otherwise.. if the gt doesn't come soon, and these guys really start to suffer - what then?

the watchtower's promises that "jehovah would not forsake them if they put kingdom interests first" by skipping or dropping out of college, turning down promotions, "simplifying" their lives by selling their homes and moving to the hinterlands...will all prove to be meaningless.. if the gt doesn't come soon, and "jehovah" doesn't bail them out...then what?.

My 90-year-old Witness Mum - been in the "Truth"™ since the 1940's - was all excited last week.

A local brother had just returned from a convention and he reported the the convention had announced that the end was VERY CLOSE now.

Mum was ringing around telling us all the big news....

Sigh...........Makes me feel so sorry...........
