I am showing respect. He could have simply fallen, and the Bethelite leadership decided it was suicide to besmirch his reputation in the eyes of other JWs. My disrespect is for Bethel leadership. I have full sympathy for Mr Olsen, his death is a tragedy, regardless of whether he accidentally fell, or if he was driven to it. I am angry at the reaction of his bosses and wouldn't be surprised if they were the types who would spin Mr Olsen's death to belittle him even further.

further.
Edited to add: I only had the quoted paragraphs in this thread to go on. After reading the full incident, I see that it was suicide. He is unlikely to have been working around the edges of the building late at night.
I'm still angry at the reprehensible treatment of the Bethel bosses. Did they really wait two days before recovering Mr Olsen's body? What did the authorities have to say about that?
