sorry if i'm boring you once more, but it seemed like a good way to finish off the year.... so i'm sitting here listening to "wilderness of mirrors" by fish, wracking my brains to recount the events of the last two weeks.. it started by knocking off early to catch a flight to glasgow, on the 17th.

i normally catch a boat and drive down, but i managed to get a flight that was cheaper, so i went for the comfort instead.

mistake number one was forgetting to print off a map for the carhire place, though.

Sexual Harassment

i thought i'd pose a question especially (but not exclusively) for the girls regarding sexual harassment.

what would you deem as unfitting behaviour?.

is it appropriate for a guy to ask if you are wearing any panties?

I deleted my earlier post because I just don't want to string this out any further.

Was her husband, you, and the other hand full of people aware that she was going to the fest? Did anyone advise her it wasnt a good idea and that there is usually a lot of boozing and smoking involved? I mean if she was blatantly irrational on the board then why was she encouraged to attend the fest? or did she just show up unexpectedly?

I had no idea she was coming.

My camera is refusing to give up more than 36 at a time...Steve had taken 250 over the last few days so it's slow going. I'll have about 25 or so ready to post tomorrow.

Flat Stanley

flat stanley is spending christmas with me here in lincolnshire, after which he will do a whirlwind tour of the area collecting local information and pictures to be sent off.

he arrived without luggage, preliminary checking seems to indicate that it was sent to cleveland

stanley will resume his travels in the new year as soon as we receive details of his next stop.

Thanks you guys! Rhys will be delighted to hear Flat Stanley is alive and well in the UK.

First thing he said to Ross when he met him Wednesday was "thank you for helping me with my project". He's loving how well traveled his Flat Stanley is compared to the others in class.
