Sounds to me that you've got some issues you need to address before your body and mind will get back into balance. Hate to sound so new-agey but to be having violent dreams about ppl who are closest to you, and not being able to sleep as a result, needs to be looked at.

i'm going back to clean my kitchen, waking up this morning gave me a straight-out attack of cleaning desire.
i lost that desire, but since my entire kitchen is covered in cleaning-soap, i cannot really stop it.

november 9th, i got the call at approx 5.15am that morning and have just arrived home from his house in the midlands for the first time since then.
age 65, very happy man regardless of his illness, had all his wits about him but didnt have any lungs left to help him make it through, suffered a lot.
never became a witness inspite of mom and 3 of his children being jws for years.
