  i'm still determined not to vote - just to write something unpleasant about pollies on the ballot paper.

  if i lived in victoria, i just may, as an act of sheer bastardry, vote for julian assange (of wikileaks fame), but i don't live in vic, so i cant.. my objection to voting is that the political choice offers two self-perpetuating oligarchies (who are something like the governing body).

  they make up a slate of candidates and election advertising consists of attempting to persuade swinging voters to vote for their slate of candidates.. anyway, i noted that k.rudd has made a video in chinese, aimed apparently at mainland china.

  i was using your material for jeffros behalf. everything i said was true. you might not like it, but you cant counter my statement as being false.

  im not disputing the numbers and other details in your article. im just saying people are working the system attackin ghte weaknesses for their advantage. i made a statement originally that KR introduced a new weakness and some have tried to say it wasnt and that there are other factors. I made some simple observations about Afghanistan, jeffro cannot provide a single link. Instead he whines like a little kid who lost his ice cream and wnats me to runto the shop and buy him another one. he can go get himself.

  Shouldnt hte increase in the past 150 years be quadratic at the least or maybe exponential, after all the increase in fossil fuel burning has not been a linear increase.

  The bar needs to be raised very high on this issue, and especially in our current climate where paedophile is rampant and being fueled by the internet, and particularly with repulsive religious institutions like the JW's being the worst offenders.

  So why dont they stay in Indonesia or Malaysia or any of the other countries they pass thru ? If you came from A then Indonesia must be a paradise. What is more its Muslim.

  They went that bit harder because KR made it damn easy. They get a house, pensions and lot sof freebies. I dont blame them for trying but all im saying is be honest about it.

  Why not arrive on a plane and claim asylum that way? And yes, it does happen.

  By far the majority of asylum seekers arrive in Australia by plane. 'Boat people' are highly politicised, but represent a very small proportion of refugees entering Australia.

  Again you tell untruths. The refugees arriving by plane, have been processed and recognised as refugees prior to arrival. The boat people have not made these applications before hand and are not refugees in the eyes of hte government, but unwelcomed guests without a visa, which is why they need processing. The refugees coming by plane dont get shipped for processing. You know theres a difference in their status according to the government, and yet you completely skip that.

  The big difference is one respects the Queens laws, the other has no respect for them at all, and wish to skip the queue. If they feared their lives they could have stopped at any of the other countries along the way, but they wanted the best so they make a trip to au.

  You cant get on a plane without a visa and end up in australia. While there may be occassional exceptions that basically true.

  i know there are some here that are going through some tough times.

  some of you do not believe in god.

  some are not sure.. i was told recently by a friend to pray to god for help and he would comfort me.. my first impulse is to pray.
