Their typical answer to those countries (Middle East, China ...) is "witnessing work is happening underground", and the borg can't publish the stats because it could put brothers at risk.

So some of my JW friends can't answer a lot of the questions I put to them. I suspect most JWs who've left have come across this. What's a good answer when a JW uses Matthew 24:3-14 (as their only and last line of defence)?

Brings back memories. I saw that (or very similar on wikipedia) while I was still attending meetings. At the time it was easy to dismiss it as "Satan's work", and an attack on "God's Organization", but the table on doctrine changes did leave seeds of doubt.

Joined the Ministeral School and worked my way up to giving a public talk, then used my own outline on "The Truth about The Truth".

But seriously, I probably wouldn't have gotten into any discussions with my mum. I think it broke her heart that she now thinks of me as "apostate" because of some of the questions I asked.

In that movie, dairy food is emphasised more than meat. But in general terms, any animal protien isn't too good for you, especially the serving quantities these days.
