So much for showing off to other religions that "Jokehovah was behind them". I recall one hall I think in west Katy texas had to be torn down because of just too many issues and rebuilt correctly , sometime in the 90,s.

according to my source he'd only been married about a year and his wife found him - he’d hung himself.

What makes JDubs so gullible?

i think that jdubs are so gullible because they can't handle reality and are fully invested in a future paradise earth where there will be no problems.

i hope they can cope with the 1,000 reign of jesus that will have a ton of more problems than what they have now.. they may be gullible also because they like not having to think.

they are told what clothes to wear, what to eat, what type of movies they can see, where to go on vacation, what type of car to drive, what to answer when answering during the watchtower study, what is permissible sex for a married couple, etc..

Well, the kind of people that respond to their type of half-psudo partial truth message is a group of people that frequently fall for this kind of message, so that is why those that become JWs are skewed toward gullible people. They have more than their share of Amway salespeople, Mary Kay Reps,Herbalife reps, shaklee reps, primerica reps, and the like of multi level marketing schemes. They appeal to get rich quick kind of people that don't want to spend much time studying to learn something worthwhile, like becoming a lawyer, doctor, or scientist. I fit into this group as I fell for the Dave Deldotto no money down real estate scam in the early 90,s. Went to one of his seminars and fell for his spill hook line and sinker and lost maybe $1500 on his books and tapes. He was a "brother" which caused my guard to go down. He is now selling over priced wine at his winery in Napa valley.

let's go with that for the time being.

in the referenced scriptures the writer of hebrews says that jesus "sustains all things by the word of his power" and has been "appointed heir of all things".

The unknown hebrew scholars that secretly interpret the bible more correctly fixed this interpretation problem by simply changing "his" son to "a" son and all the publishers spred this "new" truth as gospel. They do like to make the bible so simple that anyone that reads their bible will agree with them, after all they are gods organization that dispenses meet in due season...(sarcasm inserted here)

Today’s meeting and CO visit

the meeting today was quite disturbing as usual and had to endure 2 talks by yet another egotistical, pompous co who gives talks like a hardcore southern baptist, but people adore no matter what crazy shit spews from their mouth.

today, he talked about jesus illustration about how if your eye or hand stumbles you, remove it.

he went into gory detail about how somebodies eye ball is pulled out from their head, and what it takes to cut someone’s hand off...perhaps even with a pocketknife...in front of many small children in the audience.
