  ok so my original question was:
  
  what have you found to be the best book in leading JW's out of the society and into the loving arms of Christ?

  I've read a lot of them but there is just SO many out there. And many books are just doctrine vs doctrine.
  Is David Reed's "How to rescue a loved one from the watchtower" actually good?
  I really like Wilbur Lingle's book but it is outdated (I know his website is current though).
  
  I'm going to buy a friend a book as he has a large extended family that are close JW's. My friend is a Christ loving man and finally realising he needs to reach his extended family.

  hi friends,.

  i have a very nice jw friend who is willing to hand me some old copies of books / magazines that they are throwing out.

  he comes with a long background of the cult so he has many years of literature (50 years possibly).. which are the essential books / magazines i should try to get off him to help me in my evangelism to the witnesses?.

  I have a very nice JW friend who is willing to hand me some old copies of books / magazines that they are throwing out. He comes with a long background of the cult so he has many years of literature (50 years possibly).

  Which are the essential books / magazines I should try to get off him to help me in my evangelism to the witnesses?

  Watchtower Library Question

  i have never seen a watchtower library cd so this is a very basic question:.

  if you get a 2003 watchtower library cd, does it contain all publications from the 1970's or so, up to 2003?.

  then if you get the 2004 watchtower library cd, it will contain everything that the prior cd has, plus 1 years extra?.

  I thought that maybe the CD's would be getting full?

  My JW friend today told me he thought they were just 'update' cd's (although he is not very computer literate)

  Hi all,

  I have never seen a Watchtower Library CD so this is a very basic question:

  If you get a 2003 Watchtower Library CD, does it contain all publications from the 1970's or so, up to 2003?

  Then if you get the 2004 Watchtower Library CD, it will contain everything that the prior CD has, plus 1 years extra?

  Or is each year just an update CD with 12 months of publications only? (To supplement your presummed existing library)

  I've also found the "thus saith the JW" pack to be extremely helpful ( http://www.dannyhaszard.com/ts/contents.htm and http://www.freeminds-store.com/thus-saith-jehovah-s-witnesses-document-pack.html ) for a compilation of JW work. But the members here seem to have extra articles which I'd love to go through as well
