Wow, I just found my dear friend! I've been on the forum for over 5 months and it turned out my long lost friend has been on the forum for 11 years.
I am in shock in learning her side of story of what really went on to her and her JW family. You see, my husband and I helped her JW ex-husband in gaining back the custody of their children. Holy crap!
(I am on the project against my fomer abusive employer who disguise as a religion that can't reveal my location publicly yet. Maybe in a month(?))

by Recovery ini have been repeatedly pleaded with to read the books of ray franz in my short stay on this board.
apparently these are all the all-powerful, wt crushing arguments, that lead so many to leave jw's and become ruthless opposers of god's people.
we can discuss any claims/statements/scriptural arguments presented in either of his books, as long as it somehow proves jehovah's witnesses are not god's people.

Oh, I've learned from the COC that Jehovah's Witness elders methods of black mailing, character assassination, and witch huting are from their leaders. I was stunned by the methods used by the Governing Body to crush Ray Franz and others. Some 30 years later the very similar thing happened to me and my family. It was the most inhumane treatment I've ever experienced. I thought it only happening here locally.

the lawsuit says principal holly bell learned of the couple's religious beliefs when they asked for a day off in august 2010 to attend a jehovah's witness convention.. prior to that, the couple had a close relationship with bell and received positive reviews, according to the lawsuit.. in december 2010, bell held a faculty meeting where she demanded the entire faculty participate in a mandatory christmas activity, emphasizing "i don't care what religion you are," according to the suit.. after the meeting, the rosaleses wrote bell an email explaining their religion doesn't permit celebrating christmas.

True. You, however, have a case for being treated inhumanly. Even the terrorist prisoners have right not to be interrogated inhumanly.
Have you suffered PTSD, anxiety disorder, mental illness, etc due to a inhumane Judicial Procedure? You may have a case against the Watchtower or/and local elders.
Contact a personal injury lawyer who specialize in Jehovah's Witness abuse.

some of them have been disturbing dreams dealing with jw expereiences as i was a jw from birth until age 44 when i exited 9 years ago.

Hi Flipper(and Mrs. Flipper)! I am a bit late on the thread but here's my nonexpert opinion.
Obviously, the whole Judicial Committee thing has been a traumatized event to you even though it happened years ago. You are reliving it in your subconscious mind along with your current topic of interest(ie., reggae, blues music) through a dream. (your state of mind)
You were under their control all over again in the dream but at the end you took your power back and put your foot down on elders. You now know you are no longer under their authority nor would go along by their rules. (your current conviction)
I think Ted Jaracz, your Dad, your older brother along with 10 elders represent the harsh authority of the Watchtower whom should be loving shepherds and compassionate family members.(Your past fear and current resentment)
You hate injustice, unrighteousness, and women( and child) abuse, in particuar, that you weren't going to silence about their abuse toward the weak ones such as Rank & File. It was your own dear wife that's being abused in this case.(your personal character and commitment)
You got your son back at the end but your daughter which is current situation. The fact that she was your oldest daughter only instead of both your daughters, you are holding some hope for your older daughter but the other one.(based on the past incident with your another daughter)
Best part: You woke up next to your dear wife to find everything is OK.(well alomost except your daughter part)
What psychological trauma we have suffered as a result of our former religeous leaders abuse! I am sorry my friend.
Once in my dream, I was stumping repeatedly the elder's head that's stuck in the puddle of water to his death. I had that dream several years ago when elders were after my children and me. My children and I were being chased by the muderous elder in the dream. I was holding both my children in each hands runing for our lives but only to be caught up by the elder. All of sudden he stumbled and fell in the puddle of water. I ran back to stump him so that he can't get up again in realizing unless I knock him out he will get up to finish my children and me. I still can feel ache on my leg from stumping the elder. That was awful. What a nightmeare!
I haven't read other posters comments in order not to influencing my assessment. Wonder what others have said.

How inspiring! These videos inspire me to come out publicly to let the whole world know how happy I am as an ex-Jehovah's Witness. The Watchtower and their elders have tried their utmost to crush my spirit but I come out exquisitely, gracefully and delightfully. Any other candidates?

of course, the majority of mormons are more centrally located in and around utah, but imagine if the doubting jws who are still inside (myself included) had the chitzpah to pull off something like this!.
