  jehovah's witnesses practices an inhumane policy of shunning.

  their leaders, the governing body, promote and enforce extreme shunning among their members to the point of cutting off the tie of family bond in the name of jehovah, well, really for the watchtower since no where in the bible promotes such practice.. .

  in the contrast to the watchtower's teaching, the bible teaches love that "covers multitude of sins".

Their leaders, the Governing Body, promote and enforce extreme SHUNNING among their members to the point of cutting off the tie of family bond in the name of Jehovah, well, reall y for the Watchtower since no where in the Bible promotes such practice.

  In the contrast to the Watchtower's teaching, the Bible teaches Love that "covers multitude of sins". In fact, according to 1 Corinthian 13:1-8, without Love everything you do will be in vain. The Bible also warns there will be of "No Natural affection," "Cool off of Love" and "Worse than unbeliever by not caring your own," to name a few.

  "When our own thoughts are forbidden, when our questions are not allowed and our doubts are punished, when contacts and friendships outside the organization are censored, we are being abused for an end that never justifies its means.   i`ve spent the morning and part of my afternoon... getting to the bottom of... why names were added to the awaa fan page... it`s a dangerous thing to happen in our world... faders can be outed,we can lose,family,friends... the results can be an absolute disaster... .

  At this point, some of you have made yourself known very clearly..... It's very revealing. One thing to suggesting or making your concern known, but aother thing to accusing the members and the cause groundlessly.

  Fizzy you've only contributed 16 comments on JWN since you've joined the forum. Half of them are on this thread in complaining over the issue of being added on the FB. You've got to have better thing to do than that. I couldn't agree more with the above quote that was made by a poster of JWN on another thread on AAWA topic.

  I was also added on the FB without my consent. Thank you for adding me!! You were right, I am in for the cause. And yes, I've also been in the war with JW family members since my awakenning. Some of the board members of AAWA are also have been shunned by their only JW son and daughter. Haven't heard from or seen their only offspring for years.... It's not all about you, is it?

  Well said Cedars and Lady Lee!

  I am here to support the cause in any way I can.

  Suggestion: How about making another video that shows the personal conviction of ex-JWs in spite of Watchtower's every effort to destroy them. I think the witnesses need to see how happy and normal we are. Each participant can make a brief introduction and relate his/her current state or achievement or send a messege for the loved ones who are confined behind the Wachtower Town.

  I love the name, by the way. I am a proud anti-Watchtower activist.

  There is a Mole in Brooklyn

  reading cedar's excellent article about the july 15, 2013 new-light" study edition of the watchtower got me thinking:.

  the control freaks in brooklyn known as the governing body (aka fds) must be having conniption fits knowing that there is a mole in bethel leaking information to apostates!

  "three weeks ahead of its expected release date in mid-april, a scanned copy of the july 15 2013 "study edition" of the watchtower was leaked to the office of jwsurvey by a conscientious active witness within the organization.".

  The Watchtower articles are avaible months eariler to the Circuit Overseers. There's no way the Watchtower can track the Mole down. It could have been leaked from any COs or sub-COs or Watchtower heavies or their trusted friends and family members. Being a most hard core JW, in the past even though I was female, I was shared the Wt articles months prior to their releasing to the public.

  When I was being Wicth Hunted by the Watchtower elders, I found myself being assisted and counseled by the unknown Bethelite. He was helping me through the third person. One of the things I was told was to threaten to sue the elders and the Watchtower if all other tactics fall apart. It was an unthinkable action at the time as I was still a believer that I did not follow through the counsels. Looking back, the Mole was right on the money. As far as I know he and his wife are still in the Watchtower Headquater. To this day I have no idea of the identity of the Bethelite.

  I am not surprised the possibility of some seriouse dissenters especially among older bethelites who remaining in the cult not having any other options but rely on the Watchtower for Shelter and food. My heart goes out to them.

  leaving the org was not a doctrinal choice for me as it was for many on this board.

  i left mentally because of the boredom and then i physically left by being dfd.

  i have been reading here for about a month or so and now i know i made the right decision.

  these quotes and excerpts i'm going to post here come from the " jehovah's witnesses - office of public information " from their website as it was posted on 12/2/07.

  my wife and i have a lurking witness friend who sent us this information as she is very pro-active trying to fight child abuse from within the organization itself !

  so get your barf bags ready- you are going to need them to stomach this " official policy " garbage from the wt society.

  That's right! Unless a child screamed, a child is guilty of committing a fornication and therefore no rape happened. In such a case, the elders are to use whatever methods they can come out to interrogate a child for a confession. It's called a "Breaking Session." A True Story!

  As you said, the Watchtower is all about to protect themselves and whatever fits to their current agenda.
