. Suppose that a doctor told you to avoid contact with someone who is infected with a contagious, deadly disease. You would know what the doctor means, and you would strictly heed his warning. Well, apostates are "mentally diseased," and they seek to infect others with their disloyal teachings. (1 Tim. 6:3, 4) Jehovah, the Great Physician, tells us to avoid contact with them. We know what he means, but are we determined to heed his warning in all respects?
7 What is involved in avoiding false teachers? We do not receive them into our homes or greet them. We also refuse to read their literature, watch TV programs that feature them, examine their Web sites, or add our comments to their blogs. Why do we take such a firm stand? Because of love. Its common knowledge to long time witnesses that JWs will VIOLATE customer privacy laws and rules when they see something a customer does or buys that they think JW congregation elders should know about . Thats right they will spy for the elders.
Like a unmarried JW buys birth control . They will report it.Does anyone on here know of a situation where privacy was breached maybe in a medical situation .
Should JWs be able to have jobs that allows them access to records that they cannot guarantee they will keep private .

by cedars intoday i was doing some research for a new article, and i came across the following quote which succeeded in raising my eyebrows.... "the obligation to hate lawlessness also applies to all activity by apostates.
our attitude toward apostates should be that of david, who declared: 'do i not hate those who are intensely hating you, o jehovah, and do i not feel a loathing for those revolting against you?
with a complete hatred i do hate them.

The problems with fighting the WTS
by return of parakeet inover the years, many well-intentioned posters have been frustrated when they ask fellow apostates (wear the name proudly!
) to band together to let the world know how corrupt and destructive the wt cult is.
i think there are some hard facts about this particular cult that make combatting it so frustrating:.

I may have missed this if someone else said it.
One way to multiply ourselves through others would be to work in cooperation with
the LARGE network of other faiths . Warning other religions about the dangers JWs pose
recruiting their members and bringing harm to them .
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend"
Maybe working with religions to institute a national Do-not-call list against JWs . Picture a whole large congregation
in a community ALL sending letters to Watchtower and the local kingdom halls to get on the do not call list .

I ran into an inactive JW at the store we talked for 20 minutes
by RayPublisher ini ran into an inactive jw at a department store last night and we talked for 20 minutes easily, it was actually pretty fruitful.
so here's what happened:.
i see him and recognized him but he didn't know who i was at first as he hasn't seen me in at least a year and i've lost weight, have a goatee and dress way more awesome than i ever did as a dubb schlubb.. so i said hi to him by name and he says, who are you i'm not sure?
