  Anxiety Attacks At Meetings

  i believe i posted on this before.

  but,i was recently thinking back when i was still regularly going to meetings.

  and how sometimes,just the thought of having to start to get ready to go,sent me in a panic.

  Nice_Dream: Yep I remember my heart racing too just before and during the meetings as well. I thought I had high blood pressure but really it was just the damn meetings!!! Peaple that can think become allergiac to this religion!

  I sorta had the same thing going on myself although as a man I think it all came out as pure disgust and anger. At first I couldn't figure out why I was so mad all the time. I went to my psychiatrist and they numbed me for awhile with antipsychotics but even that didn't work after a while. That all was a precurser to my awakening.

  Can lack of affection and sex contribute to or even cause depression?

  no offense and I do apologize if this offends anyone but uhhmmm . OF COURSE IT WOULD CONTRIBUTE TO DEPRESSION!!!! DUH!!! sorry I couldn't help myself but it seems so obvious to me.

  it just all hit me at once,i was with a friend earlier talking and i felt really good after our talk.

  went down my moms,and wifey text me she going to meeting,and all this stress and anxiety hit me all at once.

  this crazey it consumes my mind and no my body.

  I remember having similar feelings and well my wife literely threw up every day for 2 weeks after I told her my true beliefs. When I started researching my heart began to race and I had intense anxiety attacks. I unfortunately started to medicate with alcohol. Don't do that! I just finished watching a 5 episode marathon of BBT myself this evening! Sheldon is the best!

  anyone know the current wt teachings on the length of time humans have been in existence?

  do they still teach that the first man and woman were created approximately 6,000 years ago?

  have they made any comments on archeological findings that show paleo-indians living in the america's 10,000+ years ago?
