Am I the only one here from Perth WA?

i am just getting the courage to post again after being offline for some time.

since i last posted there has been a lot of activity with newbies joining at quite an astounding pace so i find it amazing that there seems to be no newbies from western australia.

perth is said to be the most isolated capital city in the world and it sure feels like it at the moment.

IT is possible you could be the only one---we R th only ones in our neck of the woods that has the guts to come out of the closet and claim to be xJW apostate....BAKERSFIELD, CALIF USA BTW it has been dam hot 108 Deg. and with humidity feels like 126 degrees...no 4 another glass of watter !!!

there have been several posts about the way witnesses discipline their kids lately, this prompts me to ask.... has anyone had the "dr spock quote" thrown in their face by a witness?

i have heard witnesses throw this about for years, but cannot honestly remember ever seeing it in print.

and i have never read any of dr. spock's books.

THE more I get to know people THE better I like my pet (kat) shit she behaves the first time...SHE is family though hairy and walks on 4 legs...I have been rathe sickly of late and KITTY has been hangin close ever since like right now...I love her more than words can say !!!! PEACE QUEENIE and family we is a small GANG too !!!! WHEWH hot feels like 126 degrees around these here parts....Gota go eat and certainly not neglect myself in any way shape or form !!!

my MOM tried to use the wooden spoos on me BUT I buried them in the flower bed and pappy didnt find them for over a year and they was all black and rotten.. During that time MOM and ME had a sit-too in wich I explained I am one of those kinda kids that only takes one of those looks from her and I wilt into tears cz I love mommy very much and so want to please her and not see her upset from then on wooden spoons was for beating cake batter...EACH child is an individual...and the only kid that I need to worry about in regards to discipline is MINE and ALSO I think setting a good example from the parent to the child is very very important--it is none of my business how anyone else disciplines theirs none what so ever at all..MY MOM has been decd since 86 and LISA and I miss her very much and it is 2002.PEACE QUEENIE and family

My darn dog died

i've had this cowdog for nearly 11 years now.

today she went out in the sun and got heatstroke and just didn't recover.

i gave her cpr and brought her back twice but she was too far gone.

LB AM SO SORRY YOU LST YOUR FURRY FRIEND...our MAMIE kitty is my furry nurse...since I have been ill she takes her post every day watching over me...SHE sleeps in my room now most day And night except to go potty in her box in the bathroom and chow down in the kitchen...SHE is getting up in years too 9 yrs to be exact AND she is our ray of SUNSHINE and our reason to get up --- I do not know what I would do without my daughter LISA MICHELLE and my MAMIE KITTY....much sympathy in your loss..(:(:(:( AND LOADS OF (((((((((hugs)))))))) AND XOXO AS WELL

Possible changes forced by Dateline..?

my best friend told me today that her cousin (l) who is a jw (although an immoral, poor excuse for a mother jw) called her to tell her that two elders stopped by her house this morning to inform her that her (recent) husband had molested an 8 year old girl in the past.

(do not know how recently) .

what i'm curious about is if this is an individual occurance, or if this is happening around the country.
