Hi LP,
Yeah, I figured there must be someone on here nearby that might have some info. Sorry I can't post the link.
These days with the ambiguous "X is no longer a JW" announcement, you are never really sure if it is DF or DA. Do they even announce it when it is a CO? We had a CO DF'd when I was in NZ - Doug Black - and I don't remember it being announced, we all found out through the grapevine.

I'm on my Tablet so can't paste the link...
Anyone else hear of this or have any other details?

The New Diary of Winston Smith
by WinstonSmith inwe had to go off grid for a time, time and half a time as we thought we had been outed.
fortunately it was a false alarm, but it was a stressful time.
i asked for my original diary thread to be deleted in case there could be anything on there to identlfy mrs smith and i. i am always very careful when posting, and am sure there was nothing on there, but felt it best to have it removed in order to be as cautious as a dove.

The May 1997 WT, on page 8 states:
"Jehovah God is the Grand Identifier of his true messengers. He identifies them by making the messages he delivers through them come true."
Measuring the track record of the WTS against their own standards stated in their own words in their own magazine, would you say that they qualify to be called God's true messengers?
The article goes on:
"Jehovah is also the great exposer of false messengers. How does he expose them? He frustrates their signs and predictions. In this way he shows that they are self appointed prognosticators whose messages really spring from their own false reasoning - yes, their foolish fleshly thinking!"
When you review the history of the WTS, would you say that the messages delivered through them have come true, or been frustrated?
Deutoronomy 18:22 is clear, and leaves no wiggle room for "overenthusiam" or so-called honest mistakes.

Hello Penny and Listener,
Yes indeed, we never know what the future will hold, or what is just around the corner. Mrs Smith and I can't believe how far we have come in under a year. Looking foward to having this all behind us and a distant memory!
I finished The Kingdom that Never Came last night, which means this evening I will start In Search of Christian Freedom. Eeeeeexcellent.
I'm also halfway through Generation Kill. Wow great book.
Yes, I'm a reader......

Hello everyone,
Suddenly its 2013! Wow, 2012 seemed to just fly past didn't it? In some ways I'm glad to see the back of it, and in other ways, there were some real good times. It will be forever remembered because of April the 13th, the day Mrs Smith joined me in the realisation that this 'religion' is nothing more than a cult.
2013 - Here's to FREEDOM.

Double 0 DAD,
Bro, sorry to hear that things are the way they are for you at the moment. The feeling of being hemmed in just plain SUCKS especially when loved ones are involved. I'm sorry I can't offer any words of advice. Just know that we are all here for you, and feel your pain. Feel free to vent anytime. My PM is always open and ready.
Hang in there mate.

The Gentile Times Reconsidered (607 B.C.E.) -Part A1 - Jeremiah 25:10-12 Reviewed
by FaceTheFacts induring the last three to four months, i have spent a great deal of time sinking my teeth into various critical biblical commentaries and lexicons.

I knew he wouldn't be able to keep away.
The opening post on this thread and the thread that was started to gauge interest was an invitation to discuss a book and its contents. Jeffro is stiil discussing the book and its contents, as are others. If you as FaceTheFacts left the discussion, that is your decision. As far as I am aware Jeffro and anyone else is allowed to continue a discussion. Maybe keep that in mind next time you start another thread and are outlining the rules for the discussion. Maybe something like "When I as the Opening Poster leave the discussion, this means the discussion is at an end and no more discussion can take place."
C'mon man, are you still trying to convince people you are a new user? As I asked before, please show us your first 5 posts.
EVIDENTLY Jeffro is not the one having trouble with reality.

And I clearly remember you using the UnapologeticLWT username to appeal to the mods to increase your post limit for one of your other accounts. The threads pleading to increase your limit have now been deleted.
Not sure what I mean? Your post count reads 6. In the Topics Posted On section of your profile it shows only one thread. This one. Please show us the 5 other posts that you made on this thread. It should be easy if they are there. (I'm guessing the reply will either be a denial of being yet another incarnation, or a "I don't have to explain myself to you")
This next question is a serious question: Why do you feel the need to keep coming back again and again? The mutiple usernames fool no-one as despite whatever false intro you might make when you first post under those names, you can't help yourself but flip into 'all out' mode before long. I honestly don't understand why you keep coming back. I'm not saying don't come back, its a free world, but I don't get the obsession you seem to have with this place. If I tried time and again to convince people of my viewpoint and time and again got the response you get here, I would just move on and focus my energy where it might be better received. Shake the dust off my feet so to speak. Why bother throwing your 'pearls' before us 'swine'?
Are you JW? Most JWs that come here are genuinely seeking help. Any JW that comes here to defend WTS policies is in clear breach of clear direction from the FDS.
I dunno, I just don't get it.

"If I can't win I won't play"
I expect that with all this knowledge, discovered from thorough research, that flies in the face of the majority of scholarly research, we can soon expect a book to be released exposing all of those other scholars as being wrong.
Would it survive the peer review process?
Perhaps a more important question is: Under which pseudonym will it be published?
