  ok...3 days ago, i found out that i was going to be a father!!

  good new right?

  well then she says that she is considering having an abortion...which i am totally against....so we discussed it...then she started to think that she might have the child....so she talked it over with her twin sister...and she told her to get the abortion...now she says she wants the abortion...now i am upset...not onlly does she want the abortion...but she wants me to pay for the entire thing...so not only am i going to be terminating a developing life...but i have to pay for it????

  Stinky...I agree that I should pay for at least half of it....but she doesnt want to go thru the pregnancy at all....but I am upset...but like I say earlier...its her body..and I have to accept that...but I dont agree with it...

So now we argued about it because of the disagreement...but then she says I am not being sensitve to her or her feelings, or anything...and I explained to her that just because I told her I would support her, in any decsion she made...doesnt mean that I have to agree with or accept it...so now I think after this procedure we are going to have some problems...because I just cant come to terms with putting my or any developing human to abortion....am I being selfish when I say that I can never forgive her for this?? or over-reacting? Can I get some opinions.?? Thanks...Q

  JW's and drinking

  is it just me, or is alchohol consumption at parties and vacations virtually an unwrittten rule of jw-culture?.

  when i was in, i did not drink, and i still don't.

  i often felt almost ostracized for this by my jw associates.

  Hearing Kingdom Songs on Dateline.......sickened

  did anyone else have the bile come up, when you heard those "kingdom songs" during the dateline show?

  it made me feel ill.........and almost like leaving the room.

  i wonder why i have such an aversion to anything connected to a kh meeting?

  Dateline, JW's and Politics

  a couple of comments about dateline...i think that jw's did not interview because they were embarassed...and simply use the excuse that media is portrayed as satan, because the truth is coming out...another thing.... how can they preach against politics...and run such a political organization...for instance...you have to go thru all this bs just to get answers...and go thru boards...and all this other craziness...the bottom line is....a crime is commited and you should be punished...the victim to be shunned?

  what sense does that make....it seeems to me that jws are a very political, hypocritical, and unchristian organization...god is a loving god...not one that wants you to shun or disassociate people....q

  My JW Friend Has a Response to DATELINE

  as most of you know, i am an 'undercover brother' (someone who appears to be an exemplary jw but is making strides on escaping).. my wife is a loyal jw.

  since we had the book study last night i needed to tape the show.

  (by the way, my wife knows about my doubts...).

  "believe me, you didn't get the whole story on dateline.

  i don't know any of the people involved who were interviewed, but some of the things that were said, at least by the reporter, did not ring true.

  that's just how the entertainment news works, always go for the most sensational.. also, there was no mention that 77,000 elders didn't report pedophilia.

  I am suprised at the number of JW's and Elders there are...I thought there were way more than the figure they gave last night....but I do think that there are many elders, as I have said before...that are in that "position" because they are or feel like they are in control....Q

  Yes...I missed all of Frontier house....it is amazing what we have...I probably shouldnt laugh at this...but the funniest part of 1900 is when the mother started getting so upset and crying...I thought she was gonna crack up! HOLLA Q

  The Elders for sure know about Dateline

  had a long instant message conversation with an elder's wife who knew all about the upcoming dateline show.

  they word is being spread that all who appear on dateline have already been df'd.

  she then called bill an apostate and said he was forced out as elder.
