I skimmed all three articles to confirm...nowhere in any of them does it stress how important it is to report to law enforcement if abuse is suspected.

they've been bruised in the heel with the candace conti case, but that obviously wasn't enough.. they've now featured an article that tells parents how to protect their children from abuse... you just can't make this stuff up!.

marriage without affection/sex/touching

some where along the path of life the wt guilt trip was dumped on our marriage and we havent had sex for years.. anyone else?
the hearts and flowers and gifts and doing the cleaning, the house work and paying the daily accounts never being drunk on drugs playing the horses or screwing others yep its all there but nothing coming back due to the wt guilt trip.. they made so much of 'oral sex' and 'pornea' incorrectly quoted at that and ventured thereby into areas they were patently very ill equipped to comment on.

I feel so sorry for those of you who've had to deal with issues like this.
I was both a JW and a Mormon, for a few years each, but it was while I was young and still single, so I never had to deal with marriage restrictions on sex. If I hadn't heard about those ahead of time I'd likely have been furious. Yet more "teachings of men" that make no sense.
"You tell me that God gave us these bodies capable of great physical pleasure, okay. Then you say we have to restrain ourselves outside of marriage, fine. But THEN you tell me even AFTER marriage you're going to dictate exactly what we can and can't do to please our spouse? F$*%. YOU."
