is there anyone in here who has converted to Islam or who may consider it? My husband is a muslim and I would like to speak with folks who understand this religion. I didn't start a new thread hence just pushing up an old one. Hope that's ok... Please no attacks or outcries how mad I am to learn about this religion/to be married with a muslim. Peace Salam

Never, never was 100% in
by pontoon inover 40 yrs baptized, service, builds, talks and talks and talks that i put countless hours of prep into, elder, meetings, assemblies,----you all know.
but through it all i never bought the whole truth idea 100%.
no matter what it was, meeting, service, assemblies, i just couldn't wait for it to end.

I put my doubts down on myself. Whenever I doubted I thought I wasn't spiritual enough. At conventions I believed I was the only one who couldn't apply all these rules.. I wasn't even willing .. and felt soo guilty about it
I spent lots of months aux pioneering and was wwaiting for this so called 'joy' but always hated the door to door ministry.

Does anyone remember the Organization waggon? As I child I found it creepy and dysfunctional looking instead of being superfast lol
It has something disturbing about it.. especially the eyes on the 'wheels'. Sci-Fi JW style

by Gefangene ini have been around in this forum a lot but haven't written much yet.. also i had a more or less rude awakening when i realized that the religion i grew up with, the religion i sacrificed a lot for and considered to be the 'truth' is nothing but mere bs.
it's quite a brick to digest.. my parents both are jws, elder and pioneer.
very good people but also very brainwashed.
