IF you cant get help now, and disaster strikes, I believe its a joke to think elders wont be taking care of their families and parents first. Elders still think the hall will be the place to meet and hear important spiritual and guidance information.

WELL, what if seniors cant get there, what about all the halls sold off, what if all religions have their non profit status rejected and have to hand over all their begging money to governments, what if we are starving already as the system breaks down, what if what if?? All I hear is how much time did you have for the month......by text... no contact

Currently they are still asking for pledges to renovate that hall to tune of $20,000.00 yet what happened to no mortgage but pay monthly begging several years ago? and stating that we would not have to worry if repairs had to be done to hall as no mortgages? Why the ask for money to renovate now and for what? WIll it be sold when renos done?

Do JWs trust and rely on bad reviews? Why should they? How could it be coherent?

jws are taught that all bad reviews about them made by exjws are false and sick, so they must not read or listen to them.. so, when jws decide on joining, applying, or buying whatever product, service or organization: are they reading and listening only to good reviews about people still satisfied with that product, service, or organization because they consider false and sick all bad reviews made by people who abandoned that?

do they trust and rely on all bad reviews reported in documentaries, on internet, on tv, on magazines etc.

about people who left scientology, who left that house, who left that job position, who left that hotel, who left that restaurant, who left that medical treatment etc.?

I dont know if anyone is getting google reports on the org.. reason I say this is its always good news now - their pr department is going overtime.. no negatives, no child abuse only love and new bib les and personal experiences

the benefits of that direction were evident when the covid-19 pandemic broke out.

while many in the world were uncertain about what course to take, jesus made sure that we received clear guidance to keep us safe.

No contact with elders face to face - only texts- no phone calls to be personable anymore- text for time only-- sometimes throw in how are you? Do you need anything? Told one of them twice I needed something - still waiting to see after 6 months..

Fedup- the BS conductor said the same thing that we are to not be like Saul who disobeyed Jehovah but should follow the guidelines set out by the GB....

Now that we no longer receive covid updates - maybe once a week- and seeing that the numbers they give are NOT going down- in fact, they are higher than the first hit of covid- 2540 cases in six days equates, in this area over 400 per day and with health staff at an all time low and hospitals still in a dire situation, along with the LTHs for the elderly, who is going to make a decision in this area as to what to do?

Will the CO, or the elders be concerned enough to find out what the true situation is? I doubt it--- as for me, No way am I sitting my buns in a hall that is allowing non vac through the door. Its bad enough in flu season where they still come to the hall and then everyone is sick--- let alone a hall that is maybe 60x60 and seats are crammed together- no mention of number allowed to attend or spacing per person.

Hey- gas is too high now -- remember when they cancelled the home bible studies? Their reasoning then was higher gas prices... what now? All the money to be spent on gas won't go into the coffers

a verse constantly plucked from context by witnesses is john 10:16. they use it to prove that there are two classes of christian.. and i have other sheep i have other sheep, which are not of this fold: those also i must bring and they will listen to my voice, and they will become one flock, one shepherd.. the this fold say witnesses are anointed christians and the other sheep are christians with an earthly hope.. read the text carefully and in context, and i challenge anyone to be able to prove that.. in chapter 9 jesus heals a man born blind.

this infuriates the pharisees who then attack the healed man and threaten him with being expelled from the synagogue.

the man will not recant and is thrown out.. jesus finds him and asks him to be his follower.

TBK- your on the money JW's have adopted the writings of a catholic church member to expound on the name of God_Yahweh or LORD and devised the name Jehovah, which today is not correct-- as writings back then contained no vowels, a,e,i,o u

and even today pope- with his Cardinals, bishops, laymen is equivalent to JWS with their governing body, their dtb district overseers,,now circuit overseers, elders, ministerial servants

Its all heirarchy something the wtbts denies but its all there to see. Even

the courts said so in recent rulings i,e, ARC and New York Lawyers in recent court cases for child abuse

because Jesus said he sat on the right hand of God, I think 12 times and his Father only knew who would be with Jesus after he finished his earthly course

I do no think about the rules and regulations of the Watchtower nor is my allegiance is to the 8 or 7 gb members who made themselves so and place themselves as something special...' no man is special in their realm of stepford wives

I guess I am one who believes in God and his son - if there is more after this life then so be it...Right now just fighting to get through this covid- hangin on by my fingernails --

I can stand outside a hall or a church or a mosque and dont really feel I have to go in --now if your talking about awesome archetecture, flying buttresses in the 500-700 year churches yaS! Let me in- I want to see the wonder of mans ingenuity histories, and architecture.. TO know man can build such grand monuments then spend trillions to find another planet because they have ruined this one jewel is beyond all sense.
