anyone here into guns.
i know alot of the euros here hate the idea but i wonder if there are any other members who are collectors or who are into hunting, target shooti g etc.. no shame zone?.
I like guns like my friends like cars. The majority of my guns have never been fired, I'm talking 90% of them. I collect antique guns etc... not into the military weapon such as ar15 etc but I understand why so.w do.
I go to the range a few times a week though because target shooting is really a huge past time for me. I do however live on a large property and have to deal with vermin and animals occasionally.

over the years i have been around a few, that if a "big" or "unusual" word or phrase is used at the assembly or by a co/do, to stress a point.
then eldub "somebody" will use it at every meeting, if they can find a way to squeeze it into a part or commit.. most of them get over it after a few meetings.
There was an elder in my old Florida hall... brother White...
He use to say behoove at every opportunity In and out of context. I hate him for it

what would happen if i sent a certified overnight letter and said that i was going to disassociate before they have their meeting??.
i know the two conditions are similar, but i’m just curious... dd.
Dubstepped.... I can't applaud ur comment enough. In the years that I've been on this site I have seen people express that opinion so much air really gets out of control after a certain point. It always helps me to remind them when they start jumping on my back about dissociating that regard this of the situation they are still and always will be a Jehovah's witness although an active they are still a Jehovah's witness

i'm not giving them a reason coz i don't need to coz it's my life and my choice and i don't have to answer to the boe or gb.
A lot of people are against dissociation and dissociation letters because of their own inability to be able to just walk away and deal with what would come after that so they encourage feeding and/or various other methods to distance themselves from the organization. Defect of the matter is if you see you are still one of Jehovah's witnesses although in active that is something you shouldn't want connected to you if at all possible.
When people work at a particular organization and they feel they need to part ways they write a letter of resignation I really don't see it as being much different than that and as you state it also clears you from any harassment moving forward good on you for making a decision that you feel will be in your best benefit

Datadog I applaud you for having the balls to be able to be genuione and admit to leaving. I found myself in a similar situation and DA'ed. Tell the to fack off. Write a brief letter stating the reason why. Many say they wont read it, however my letter led to one of the elders on the body leaving and we now hang out occasionally and he and his family have thanked me for doing things the way I did on more than one occasion.
Confessing puts you in a situation in which you HAVE TO MOVE ON. Good for you and I applaud whatever path you take.

how can there be a problem in this country with morbid obesity and you promote it on a tv show?.
maybe i just don't get it, but i was in a doctor's office and it was on the tv and i literally wanted to hit this woman in the face with a shoe.
I get it people are fat... so.e of them.
However being fat is unhealthy and we should not try to tell people it is ok and blame people for body shaminbg etc... It is as if reality holds no place in society.
