This is a very good point. The new light means you can wait and see if Noah was right then say ok it looks like the world is actually going to flood now like Noah said, OK I will get on the ark after all, better to wait and see for sure first.
This is surely the wise thing to do now before anyone gets baptised. Wait and see if things play out the way JWs say it will. Then you can always get on the ark if it’s looking like the world will flood. But don’t waste you time or energy until then.

So the part 2 has been released, I’ve just the part admitting the GB are not inspired and not infallible!
Then he said when we make a mistake either with direction or doctrine an apology is not needed!
Then count how many times the phrases “we can’t be dogmatic” and then “we don’t know”!
I still don’t understand why he says “we know some of you were thinking I hope my loved ones die before Armageddon” accusing people of being stupid for believing the old doctrine!!!!
so what is the new doctrine? These unbelievers who don’t die before Armageddon will Jehovah kill them or not if they are good people who didn’t get baptised?
Then the really shocking part that disfellowshipped ones can come back last minute.
this changes everything from the point of view of Pascals Wager. It used to be it was worth it making the wager that God exists. But this new light means you don’t have to make that wager until the great tribulation starts.
it’s just like betting on a horse race but you can wait until the race is over then make your bet once you know for sure.
This is such a massive change and now young people don’t need to get baptised just stay JWLITE,

I guess the GB didn’t think it would be such a big thing and only those already with beards would then be able to reach out as they are so desperate for brothers.
But the way things are going many more brothers have stopped shaving than the GB thought.
it reminds me of the Northern Ireland troubles in the 1970s, where the English undercover wanted to blend in and grew beards. After a while they realised the IRA all started shaving and it was easy to tell undercover agents as they all had beards

by LostintheFog1999 insomeone asked me recently when did i start to have doubts as an elder about what i was teaching from the platform.. i have given it a lot of thought and i can say that it was when i was delivering a public talk about the book of hebrews.
so i paused and read it again.. i looked at the audience and said to them let's look at the cross-reference for this verse which is hebrews 12:22 and i read that verse.
after which i remember saying "and this is how the outline puts it.... " and i read from the outline verbatim.. abraham was not looking forward to an earthly kingdom hope.

everybody seems so happy, but i couldn’t help wondering why all these volunteers give up their time and money, working for free for the future bethelites to live in such luxury .
all all the volunteers working there now will be kicked out on the street next year, with the lucky few laughing at the poor suckers who irked for free making this new bethel so amazing .

Just heard that those in Bethel had at least a weeks extra notice on the beard new light.
Many Bethelites had stopped shaving at least a week before the new light was announced to the world. Now some of these bethelites have proper beards already.
Oh how times have changed, could you ever imagine going to Bethel and seeing many of the brothers with beards?
Id say this year 2023 has marked a very significant shift in the organisation with no more reports and the fact that you don’t have to take Pascal’s wager you can now wager the JWs have it wrong and change your bet after horse race has finished and see who won ✅
