  PIMI wife told to go against her husband and take the vaccines?

  if a pimi sister has been told by her unbelieving husband not to take these experimental vaccines then what is official jw policy in this situation?.

  should she go against her husband and tell him i will do what the men at my church tell me?.

  what on earth will the husband think then?

  I am familiar with a case of exactly this happening a sister who has an unbelieving husband who would not let her take the vaccines. He actually said you are forbidden from taking these vaccines and she talked to the elders who told her to obey your husband unless it goes against Gods direction.

  She thought she had to obey God rather than men and kept taking the vaccines to remain fully vaccinated and this ended the marriage.

  She is now living on her own very lonely and blames the elders quite rightly so in my opinion.

  She deeply regrets not listening to her ex husband who is now living happily with an unvaccinated younger woman.

  As I've said for years (and I can't understand why others here on this forum don't get it) age demographics is everything. The Organization is dying, not because of the lack of interest from worldly people, donations or the child abuse allegations ... but only because Witnesses can't keep their kids in the truth. The Faith is very, very quickly becoming an old people's retirement village. Of course, the other factors do matter, but without new blood its doomed. You can bank on it.

  but the next next governing body will certainly have a hard time with not many young ones staying in.

  in our congregation one young brother who was a poster boy has been told he has to answer up more, he has to come on the ministry and be regular at the meetings.

  the truth is he only comes to meetings couple times a month never answers up and never goes on the ministry. All the hopes were on him to set the example but he is not interested

  the truth is he is still doing the best out of all the other young ones nobody’s doing any better

  I think this is true all around the world. Except for some home schooled children who are just weird

  What on earth will the husband think then? He is already unhappy she is going to this church couple of times a week and he doesn’t know what goes on there and who these men are that she is putting above her husband.

  what is the official policy of JWs? If she can abide by the headship principle and Honor her husbands headship then she will not take the vaccines but this means she is going against the direction?

  When you said five generations that point hit home.

  yes I remember a brother in bethel who said he was fifth generation JW. His great great great grandfather was early JW, then his great grandfather was still alive in his 90s. But this was 20 years ago. His grandfather and father were often visiting bethel to see him.

  he talked as if he was special because his family were so long time following. But isn’t this just proof that the generation teaching even the overlapping new light is nonsense?

  I hear that he is now married with kids so that’s six generation. In another 20 years that maybe 7th generation JW.

  All that time it was right around the corner and we keep being told this generation will not pass away?

  I’m not concerned about Tony. He was delighted at the thought of slaughtering 8 Billion men, women and children. He is responsible along with the other members of the GB for pushing the vaccines on 8 million JWs who trusted these fat old men so much.

  Most of the 8 million JWs believed the last governing body who have all died off now who were cautious about vaccines and aired on the side of caution.

  But this new lot made it very clear that Jehovah wants you to take these shots and remain fully vaccinated. Tony even said one church said the vaccines are from Satan and how wonderful we know they are from Jehovah. David Splain said “how wonderful it is to follow direction to be fully vaccinated and you may be wondering what do these brothers know? Wrong question. What does Jehovah know?”

  So this is why I don’t feel sorry or the GB and especially not for Tony.

  We have been told to write, phone and call unannounced to anybody. JWs have been doing this for years and years.

  I don’t see the difference now if people write to Tony, even call round there unannounced if you can.

  "the shepherd the flock of god elders’ manual had instruction to take notes, sign and file them in judicial cases where the accused threatens suicide.

  this instruction was removed in 2020. pic 1 is 2019 version, pic 2 is from a 2020 edition.

  it remains the same in 2023.

  There is a bit of a contradiction there, and yes it does seem it’s just to cover their backs legally as they know full well the new book will be leaked.

  So it says if the accused threatens suicide it may be best to suspend the hearing to focus on helping him regain his balance.

  Then later the JD should avoid unnecessarily prolonging the case

  so which is it? Suspend it until he is no longer suicidal? But avoid prolonging it at the same time?

  The obvious question is what if this is what’s causing him to be suicidal in the first place? But whatever you do don’t prolong it as this will cause undue stress for the accused? Huh?????
