The book of Isaiah chapter 9:6 shows us that it was foretold in this Messianic prophecy that Jesus Christ would be called "Mighty God":

ISAIAH 9:6:" For there has been a child born to us; there has been a son given to us; and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace."

Jehovah God is The ALMIGHTY TRUE GOD. Jesus Christ is Jehovah God's only begotten-Son/God. Jesus Christ is a TRUE MIGHTY GOD.

Dear Abaddon, The above statement is NOT correct. REVELATION:4:11:" You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created." The above Scripture is in the Holy Bible. What does this Scripture prove? It proves the existence of GOD!

Dear Dansk,

My religious beliefs are entirely based on the Bible and not on the teachings of the Watchtower! I consider myself a Christian. I highly esteem all of the Bible's admonishments and I try to adhere to all it's principles and teachings.

As to the people coming to Simon's forum to prove that the God of the Bible, Jehovah God, is a false God - I call those people UN-CHRISTIAN.

I believe in the God of the Bible, whose name is (YHWH) JEHOVAH.

PSALMS 40 :4:" Happy is the able-bodied man that has put Jehovah as his trust And that has not turned his face to defiant people, Nor to those falling away to lies."

In response to the question you posed me on one of your posts on this thread regarding my faith: yes, I'am a Jehovah God Witness. As a Christian, I truly believe that the Bible is the infallible Sacred Word of God.Therefore I quote Bible Scriptures on my posts to benefit those who are interested in the Christian faith. The same goes for those of a different religious faith wanting to post/ quote their own religious beliefs here on Simon's board - I wouldn't fault-find or object those who post their personal religious beliefs here, who are of a religious background other than Christianity. If I dindn't like what was been said in a particular discussion topic, I would simply ignore the post. I suggest you do the same - If you don't like my posts, ignore them please! Please respect the fact that I'am a Christian.

I respect your assertion of possessing high morals. I affirm you that I attribute my strongly- instilled Christian values/ faith to my high morals.

You also posed me a question regarding sinless animals falling to sickness and death.

According to my Christian beliefs, Jehovah God did NOT make any provisional arrangements regarding the animal kingdom as to allowing animals to live forever with man here on the earth in the new system of things. Animals do not have the benefit of the ressurection hope. All animals in the animal kingdom get sick, age and die- they cease to exist. Whereas with us humans, we have the ressurrection hope to live forever perfectly both in mind and body in the new system of things.

Also you brought an issue to my attention with reference to why so much injustice in this world: wars, children dying horrifically, pain e.t.c. and why is it that God doesn't intervine. Dansk, according to my Christian beliefs, Jehovah God gave humankind free-will. He does NOT intervine in this system of things because MAN choose the wrong path of wanting to rule themselves apart from GOD. This is the end result. The Scriptures tell us that man can not direct his own step. Because of the path of unrighteousness that man choose, we, humans ,are suffering the consequences.

I believe KGB is a Christian because he has said so.

You stated comments with regards to his past behaviour of resorting to name-calling and making threats to people here on this board. Well, it's very unfortunate that that happened. He APOLOGIZED for what he did!

I hope that he learned that resorting to name-calling is unacceptable behaviour, specially when he considers himself a Christian.

With regards to the Scripture I quoted KGB, that is , 1 Corinthians verses 4:12,13, please use discernment.

1 CORINTHIANS 2:15,16:(15):"However, the spiritual man examines indeed all things, but he himself is not examined by any man.(16):For" who has come to know the mind of Jehovah, that he may instruct him? But we do have the mind of Christ."

The reference I made describing the human body as a marvelous creation of God is true. I'am referring to the first perfect human pair that Jehovah God designed and created, Adam and Eve, and as well in general our bodies, we are not perfect, but our bodies do wanders - It is a marvel, in my opinion, nothing short than a miracle, how our bodies function!

The first human pair, Adam and Eve, were created perfectly to live here on this earth eternally. They did enjoy perfect-life here on earth for awhile. The benefits they enjoyed during their devinely perfect human existence was a very close relantionship with Jehovah God - Adam and Eve worked in harmony with God: They applied devine standards, they applied God's supreme moral laws as well they possessed a PERFECT human body that functioned perfectely. As well they enjoyed life in PARADISE.

Something terrible happened: They both sinned against Jehovah God. They lost the perfect bond of union they enjoyed with their Creator. Their sin was accquired through disobidience. As a result of their sin, all mankind inherited imperfection: We, humans, are all imperfect. Our human bodies are full of anomalies: congenital malformations and mental disorders are examples of these.Our bodies and minds deteorate, age and die.

As imperfect in physical body and mind as we may be, I look at the human body as a miracle from God. It exels any human-built machine!

It is Jehovah God's promise to restore mankind to perfection, as well He gives the gift of everlasting life to those who love HIM and His Son Jesus Christ.

JOHN 3:16:"For God loved the world so much that he gave his only- begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life."
