I feel completely violated that I keep getting alerts from 'Amber' about a missing child from another state. Im mean Amber must be in her mid twenties by now. I've searched tirelessly, high and low, but no Amber. Maybe she doesnt want to be found. Idk. 😂

Umm... Anyone complaining about this would complain that people had no prior warning of escape, in the event of an emergency.

And Most all of us, Id ventute to say get Robo calls from scamers that have easy access to our IP addresses, that hack big companies/ banks ect... Plus freeze our phones, other devices and screw with the ablity to use them.

Meanwhile in 'land of the offended' they jump on FB after the alert and complain on social media. A place where nothing is private from would be prying eyes.

In the words of my deceased great uncle (not EVER a jw). He just had listened to his sisters enough to know that they were in a brainwashing cult and had no problems telling them.

"Who in the hell wants to live forever anyway"???

His sisters (jws) demonized and talked shit about him until he died of course, in which case they are holding out for the resurrection when he will have not have his late wife of 30+ years, children or grandchildren. Just a new barley recognizable body. I imagine he'd be "resurrected" and within minutes POOF he is killed again. Can I get a 'Praise the lord'!!

Taking children out on the ministry

can i ask your views on taking children out on the ministry?

do you have any experiences you can share of things you as a child/your children/grandchildren have witnessed on the ministry that they shouldn't have?.

No. I dont feel children should be out doing field service.

Several experiences come to mind, heres one.

I was about 10 years old and I was out with our local pioneer (an elders wife) (she was a really nice lady and I probably miss that family the most) anyway,... We were assigned a rural territory, old farming community. There was this older Italian lady that invited us in, it was just the sister and I. So the Italian lady starts to tell us how happy she is we are there. She also informs us that her son is in jail. For in her words 'F&%*ing the neighbors horse' ...'again'. She said he used to do it to their own sheep but then her son decided to use the neighbors horses. She had a very thick accent and she went on and on and in great detail. The jw pioneer sisters eyes were huge. I was on the verge of shock and laughter but managed to hold it in. Then the Italian lady says that she needs a prayer over her lawn mower , that it started on its own the day before. That was it , we were out of there. I still get a goofy look on my face when I think about it.

so i roll up to the job site and looky there, two uber pioneer dubs dragging themselves down the sidewalk.

both ladies are in there early 60's and born in.. my heart started pumping, but i had to act.i was directly across the street from them.

i walked right to the sidewalk and said in a very loud, but not mean voice: "you can't teach overlapping generations from the bible!!

Id carry a recorder if you plan on this again. Wouldn't want them to turn around and report you.

You know they can report stuff like that as stalking, but not pedophilia. yuck.

They sure cannot handle anyone speaking but themselves.

Might be a good idea to have some jwfacts printed out to carry around so you can claim that you too, are carrying a message.

Ive seen jws comment on obituaries online or other news like the article. It is so weird to read them when they say something like ' Ecl 9:5 says 'the dead are conscience of nothing'. and quote some more bible verses out of context. You can almost feel the superior attitude jump off the page. Blame, guilt, and a pat on their own back for "enlightening" the entire comment section. Rarly a mention of empathy towards the person that died.

It is annoying.
