  hello, i am in the beginning stages of a slow fade.

  over the years i have become more and more dissatisfied with the beliefs, teachings, and organizational practices of the organization.

  i no longer have faith in it.

  How Would You React if a Snake Started Talking to You?

  just an odd thought i guess.

  i saw a large snake in the back of my house the other day and it went on its merry way.

  i just asked myself, what if the snake turned around and wanted to have a philosophical discussion on life, the universe or the origin of creation and then began to ask me questions?

  Become irregular in the ministry if and when it starts up again for a while then stop ,

  Meetings when they start meeting at the k/hall again start by missing a few meetings at a time then extend the length between them I found after a few months no-one asked if I was ok (not joined zoom so can't comment on fading on zoom)

  My parents died from the corona virus

  both my 84 yr old jw father and my never my jw mother 82 with both together died from the the corona in 24 hours of each other.

  i can tell many fighting i have had here in the last 20 years.on this site .

  i juy hope they rest in peace.

  My 85 year old JW father passed away recently non covid , old age

  Must be harder to deal with if they passed away because of the virus

  Resurrection, Reconstruction? What is it? It never made sense to me. Your opinion.

  i never had much faith in whatever resurrection was.

  what appealed to me about jw doctrines was the rejection of the "it's a mystery" defense of the indefensible.

  when i would ask how going into non existence could be reversed when all the atomic parts of who we are had been scattered for thousands of years, the answer was "jehovah can do anything".
