Are you the Churchianity guy?
i've not heard anything from pimi wife about going back to the khs yet let alone the door to door work.. many churches round here have re-opened if only for private pray and i am guessing that things like singing may be a factor in the reluctance of the witnesses to get back together again.
i also detect that many older ones are still quite afraid to go anywhere they may come in contact with people, even for shopping.
on the other hand, here in uk you can now go to a football match with 70,000 others shouting and chanting.. the door to door work may a total different issue.
JWs seem to have a Zero Covid policy and given that Covid seems to be going endemic, they either adapt and take the risk of opening the halls back up or they'll remain shut down in perpetuity
have you gone back to that- or lost you faith because of 'brothers'?.
Oooof. The "ChurChianity" guy is back. Deja vu
assume for a minute that god created everything.
there was nothing before him and everything is because of him.
every single thing in the universe he is directly responsible for.. somehow the good stuff we should thank him for but the bad stuff is nothing to do with him, it is our fault.. this world that he created that was “good” has turned in to a right shitshow but despite being absolutely responsible for it from start to finish it is not his fault and in fact he has somehow turned this round so that instead of being to blame he is the person who is going to sort the problems and we should be thankful..
Christians will typically resort to "free will" as their argument to explain suffering. This concept of free will though fails to excuse the many natural evils present in "creation". God created earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, lightning, cancers, parasites, viruses, venomous snakes, poisonous spiders, sinkholes, etc. These evils have nothing to do with "free will", but can be directly attributed to (the supposed) God.
this will never work but liberals are too stupid to know it.
first off all you have to do is cross the border and buy a car.
if they will not let you license it in the state then many will license it out of state.
Slimboy: " We need to be doing this sort of thing within a year or two at most."
Will save this quote. Something tells me that two years from now you will say the same thing. It just so happens that doomsday is always "a couple of years away".
Slim again: "bad news is the planet is burning up and you get a front row seat’."
This is the sort of overly dramatic alarm-ism that we've witnessed from so many and for various decades now. This kind of statement is what creates skeptics
i know i shouldn't--i tell myself this over and over--but i can't help peeking at these silly articles.
and then i see this and my head really starts hurting: so the gannet, if you don't know (and why would you?
) is a seabird that feeds on fish.
as time goes on, i keep rethinking this whole thing about states' rights here in the us.
the more i think about it, i think less states' power may be a way to reduce some of the craziness going on.. as mentioned on another thread, you can't even drive now into some states without them checking your license tag where you are from so you have have to be quarantined.
states such as georgia are pretty much wide open.
I prefer the states retain as much power as possible away from the Federal Gov. If a state gov goes to hell, I can always move to another one, which is precisely what we see occurring now with the exodus of folks from heavy blue states such as California and NY to traditionally more red states such as Texas and Florida.
Sadly, it seems those moving are bringing with them their blue vote as well and with that their preference for the same policies that screwed up their original state to begin with.

the watch tower bible and tract society of pennsylvania, which oversees the jehovah’s witnesses, is suing the truth and transparency foundation and its founders ryan c. mcknight and ethan g. dodge alleging copyright infringement..
The case has been settled: the defendants will never again publish copyrighted material owned by Watch Tower and will pay $15,000.
Jeez, that must of hurt
