Much effort for few results as expectable. Lets have a :coffee: and relax.

Not always a parting of the ways is about Jesus, God. For some people the parting of the ways already would begin earnestly with the evolution-theory.

Some think the moment of appearing of this evolutiontheory would mark even the beginning of end time because its represents the ultimate denial of Gods creation.

So did the end time really start about 1860? It would have started with the similiar theories about Natural Selection from Charles Darwin & Alfred Russel Wallace. 1858 Wallace sent Darwin his theory to help him with his theory. Darwin was shocked because he wanted to be the first to publish the theory and Wallace theory replicated his own.

Certainly my last comment was not ingenious or funny. It was just a windy shot on the my way of finding a connection between art, drawing, painting, architecture, creativity and spirituality. The youtube video with the rap is certainly very facile too, but it points to the question: What is the connection between all this spirituality, peopla are looking for answers

...after leaving Jehovahs witnesses I had to find my own personality that is hidden, taking off the masks-personas, finding out what does your spirituality indicate you to or drive you to. (according to the models of Jung that human Itself is driven to look for an aim). Recreation of JW, finding again an aim in life is possible, who I am, what am I.

Spirituality:

At the moment it is okay for me to understand "spirituality" or "spirit" as:

active, vivid appetite (drive) that belongs to my ego and has the aim to work for my integral personality. Perhaps I can lately work out to find or see the true image, my soul. But I can adopt this idea if necesssary.

I think that all creativity, charisma, talent and art is somehow a tool and a hint on this way finding the perfection of the soul.

Therefor teachers dont teach simply manual skills but spiritual skills as well.

For what reason we need a teacher at all? Perhaps it turns around the human (spiritual) development, advice in spiritual work, enlightenment, perfection in working out the own personality. This is a subject to further discussion.

Buddhism had influence on architects and Samurai

So the architects made the old temples and houses with wood, and then they planned a garden inside the complex. This garden was for contemplation and recreation. The other gardens with fruits, vegetables were located elsewhere and not all old houses had gardens only for contemplation. The structure of the traditional japanes house with the garden as extention of the living room was only possible and made only sense because of the mattresses, on which they sat and because of the climate. Everything was planned around the seatings. Wisdom, experience, logic, creativity.

The Samurai blacksmiths made there swords not of wood but other natural material and developped impressing art of smithing. In rare cases they were merciful with the enemy.

How the JW family dies

Just this is what contradicts the biblical command for christians and particulary elders to be „stewards of undeserved kindness“, relating to the topic "undeserved kindness" from some days ago.#

The elders intervene and are cursed to impose the rules of the watchtower to its followers.

What the Son does not know is not the possible starting date of the battle - but as Matthew 24 turns around only around the day and hour of his parousia, his return as king, as our saviour - but the day of his COMING and our perfection.

He does not know when he will return at all. He did never know anything about that he would return 1914! and he doesnt even yet today know when he will return and celebrate the marriage with his virgin bride waiting for him with lamps! The date of rapture and anything related the day of Jehovah is in the fathers hand.

Disappointed now?

Jesus had respect for the fathers affairs! He didnt want to judge to fast and to annihilate.

In heaven there are not guns, knives, bombs and samurai swords to execute any judgment. These belong to the physical realm. The waepons with which Jesus fights are not of the world! On the contrary they have divine power to demolish strongholds.(2. Cor. 10:3-5).

Note that not alone Christ is fighting against the demons but we men on earth according to Ephesians 6:12, we are putting on the armor and fight! "For our [daily] struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens"

Already since Paul wrote Ephesian 6:12 about the armor of God Christians have learned to fight and are leading this spiritual battle, Christ fighting in the battle in the first line.

Jesus' weapons in the spiritual warfire against the demons therefore are since 2000 years:

Fighting with TRUTH,

RIGHTOUSNESS;

GOSPEL OF PEACE (not Armageddon)

Word of God,

Prayer.

Therefore, put on the armor of God, that you may be able to resist on the evil day [everyday that passed over the last 2000 years!] and, having done everything, to hold your ground. 14 So stand fast with your loins girded in truth, clothed with righteousness as a breastplate, 15 and your feet shod in readiness for the gospel of peace.16 In all circumstances, hold faith as a shield, to quench all [the] flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (NABRE)

So tell me anybody, where the hell Jesus is fighting here. We alone have to armor us and to fight, Christ help us though. Let me smith my Smurai Sword for any case.

Stuck

i am married to a wonderful man.

i have been married for almost a decade and adore my husband.

I have read your words as well. Gratulations for the love between you and your husband, I have never had "spiritual" bonds, praying together and this stuff. I think the love is a gem that is worth to condone some other bad circumstances in the religion. You are already doing what is good for you, never accept activities that are boring or make unhappy. Variety in activies and vacations with husband would be for me on 1st place to get over actual situation. I was depressed and bought St. Johns wort herbs and took them in the winter months to care for health.

The shunning has started and... I like it!

so not having turned in a time-slip in a loooooooong time and making fewer and fewer meetings, and from time to time attending a local church service... the majority of local dubs are overtly shunning me.

there are those who i talk to and who visit our home from time to time, but this last meeting i went to hardly anyone made eye contact, when i greeted folks passing by me, they ignored me.

it actually felt good.. i was surprised at my reaction.
