PEPLOSKORE is the goddess of hunt according to Reiblings friend Brinkmann. The second girl holds a bowl in the left hand and in the right hand makes a fist which could hold an arrow too. These details are shown in a video here

Wait one point is important. Researchers thought that Peploskore is only a normal girl. But Prof. Vinenz Brinkmann, a german friend of Reibling invented the idea that she might have been a GODESS. It was Brinkmann, Lorenz friend that came with this idea.

It makes me amused how a JW supports the revival of ancient goddesses in COLOR. Wouldnt it be fine to have one of these pieces of art in a bethel ehibition, as it was supported by a famous JWs? Is this not a matter to report to the elders but JW should push on the archeological research, it could reveal the truth. Of course I appreciate such research very much and it makes me happy how talented greek artists were in the 6 century BCE.

"Kore" derives from the attic "kore", girl, virgin. Homer used "kure".

Another goddess as shown in the Harvard magazine is the well know ATHENA.

Another project that brother Lorenz supports is "Gods in Color", an exhibition by Prof. Vinzenz Brinkmann that toured the world, including the Harvard Sackler Museum.

I was pretty much impressed that a JW supports a projekt that deals with pagan gods! Tell me anyone why would a famous JW support an artist that likes antiqe gods. Aren't JW avoiding any pagan religions? Why does brother Lorenz use hypocrite methods to support artists?

Is he as member of JW religion who knows personally an Professor or Arts free from the rules of the religion that forbid any support of pagan gods or pagan ideology?

No blood bags are visible at the patients beds any longer. And there is a good reason for that! "DANGEROUS BLOOD" is the title of the video.

'Risks are like at a mini-transplantation: body cells go from one body to another body, well-known minor risks like infection are known, also the fights of the immune system, if ever possible it should be avoided to submit a patient such a risk" explains Prof. Patrick Meybohm who works with Prof. Kai Zacharovski.

"Studies show that transfusions are more dangerous as assumed, after forein blood the risk of dying increases. cardiac infarction, renal failure, pneumonia, they shall even promote cancer...."

In the case of anemia the risk to die is very high. Shifting operations to a later date is proposed. The risk is higher about the factor 5 - 13 % at an operation with anemia. To avoid this we need a blood management. PBM includes also anemia treatment with ferrum infusions. The cellsaver collects lost blood during the operation. Any blood that can be collected from machines or the cell saver itself is collected and is given back to the patient and avoidance of foreign blood. Blood loss is therefore minimal.

Each drop even at taking of blood samples with the special tubes / custom product need only 1/2 blood as conventional tubes. At taking of samples from a patient under intensive care it can be that over about approx. 400-500 ml blood gets lost in the process of blood sampling over a day alone for the tubes. However as the computer and machines that analyze the samples need much less blood. So something had to be done. The size of the tubes was halved with the same quality.

Prof. Zacharovis demands from the politics that no patient should be allowed to undertake an operation with anemia. This should not happen anymore. And PBM should be a standard.

In this months (June 17) broadcast the org emphasises the benefit of voluntary service for the organisation in the construction of convention halls like in the Netherlands.

About some volunteers is said that they "sold their house" or "quitted their job" (POSITIVE TUNE)

That this was mentioned surprised me, because at this years Region Convention they say about those who believed in the 1975 date:

"some even sold their homes and quitted their jobs" (NEGATIVE TUNE)

While those view from the older generation that gave up house and job and looked forward to 1975 are treated today as DULLARDS those contemporaries volunteers who do it not for the date but for the convention halls are the new CELEBRITIES in the organisation.

hi folks, tight pants twinkle toes here - my first post.

i am the husband of the new poster finally left.

we both recently left, my wife after 43 years and 46 years for me.

Your 4 points are a good summary for a conversation, a good texting.

But there are activist and ....activists. In my case... I dont want to be embarrased for the fact I once have been JW in the public. I live good now that nobody knows what I did 30 years before withouth my family. My family too would not accept such activism in the public and would be embarrased. Its not cool to be associated with a cult. Its enough stress for me to meet from time to time a former "sis" or "bro" in the streetservice. Otherwise I would have my picture in the profile...it burns in my heart to be active...but I am realistic. and i think many think similar, and think of those who may even suffer and became depressed about the excommunications and treatment or loss of family. How difficult it must be to be activist than.

I hope that you can help some to find the "reality" and one can feel that you are enflamed for this.
