If it makes you feel better go for it. I believe everyone is unique and handles food differently, although there are certain factors that help anyone. Staying away from a diet high is processed foods is good for everyone. I have to be careful to eat enough or I lose weight and look too thin. Just don't turn into this guy.
I will be watching those documentaries mentioned, after all I have to be open minded after learning TTATT.

This makes it interesting in view of the Watchtower assertion that human governments are Satan's goverment. Logically, this would make the Watchtower the spawn of Satan. Whatever the view you have about that, it is clearly an American corporation. "

ironically, the religion and publisher of this statement is one of the biggest offenders with their shunning policy of its members who come to the conclusion that their form of worship is unacceptable.. for some, this severe shunning is too much to bear.. ...help me through this my old friends...i really did not want to be dfd!...i am fourth generation....i had already been shunned by my lifelong friends due to my outspoken words regarding my discovering we had changed the bible to make it say what jw's want it to...but now i have lost my family....oomps.

How much is nature and how much is nurture? I won't say ALL vegans look bad, just the one's I have seen. Of course a certain " herb " was a huge part of their diet!!

Are you going vegetarian, or VEGAN, or just trying to eat more veggies? I have to tell you, unless you are rich and can have a chef make your food for you, going vegetarian will be hard. It will be difficult to get the right balance of nutrients. Also, there is no end of wack-jobs trying to get your money with the latest diets/supplements. If you have health issues and want to switch things up, try jucing for a day or two to give your system a break. There used to be a free nutritional typing test at Dr.Mercola.com. I tried it because I had already paid money to see a nutritionalist and I was curious. It was almost exactly the info I paid for. You may not need to go off meat entirely. You may just need to limit what types you eat. Some of the worst physical specimens I have ever seen are VEGANS, be careful. Think of it this way, even with exceptional health you are still gonna die. You can spend tons of cash and constantly worry about everything you eat and make youself miserable, and still live around 80 yrs. Or you can just be balanced and still have about the same life expectancy. So what are your reasons for a dietary change? If it's a quality of life issue then do what you can to take care of yourself. I feel best with good quality steak and veggies, and limiting anything with gluten. If I feel a little sluggish, I think about what I have been eating, and switch it up for a few days. Also, if you are not hungry don't eat! Listen to your body.

Watchtower uses Christmas to get money
by Christ Alone inlooking through the 12/12 wt, i noticed this section on why people celebrate christmas.
one reason given is that they use it as a time to give to the needy.
this article also seems to take away from those that do give at christmas time.
