My parents are in this position. They are approaching their late 50s, he is a auto mechanic, my mom hasnt worked in almost 30 years. She has been a pioneer all this time. My dad is becoming sicker and more frail and that hard work is really breaking him down, no retirement, and no plan. He is still counting on the end to come in the next couple years. He should be thinking about retirement, but the WTS has stolen that from him. He was in bethel when he married my mom and they went back together, then she got pregnant with me and they came back to my hometown. He has worked as a technician ever since. First of all thank you so much Cedars for your labors and fine work! I really appreciate how you broke it all down.
Second this may be my breaking point as far as still being in physically. Reading their justification gave me a splitting headache! I really question if I will be able to physically sit through these lessons when they are studied. The weak, contadictory reasoning, I mean Jesus feeding the crowd is proof of the GB being used today?!! The audacity to say they havent been appointed over belongins yet but they insist that they will be!! The height of pridefulness! If they were anything like Christ they would have at least a little humility. Meanwhile they say all must follow them if they have any hope at a relationship with God. I dont think I can stay silent much longer. I know most JW already equated the GB with the FDS but this is major IMO. On the bright side though the flimsy and prideful reasoning for their power grab is sure to wake many more thinking ones up. I value the peace in my home, but I feel my sanity is worth more. I know the day is coming when I must tell my wife that I will not be attending the KH anymore. Hearts will be broken. But its more important that I stand up for what is right for my and my 3 yr old daughters sake, and let the chips fall where they may.
What is more fustrating is that as time goes along, their arguments seem to become weaker and weaker. Many must see it but are trained if they dont understand, its because their heart isnt right. It should be obvious that Jesus didnt pick Rutherford of all people to lead anything, someone who displayed none of the fruits of the spirit! These are facts! They seem so obvious and I get so frustrated especially after seeing the latest from Cedars but I know getting upset wont solve anything, I must be calm if I have any hope of breaking through the programming.
It is frightening the direction this group is taking. With the picture in the WT that excludes Jesus from the chain of command to the latest Sh*tlight in this WT the GB are directly seizing ultimate power and making it to where they will feel comfortable saying and doing more and more extreme things IMO. On the bright side this will wake up so many. Thanks again Cedars and our whistleblower too.

My thoughts on the 2013 Memorial

i can tell from previous reviews that all the speakers seem to be sticking pretty close to the outline, so it dosent matter much who gives it, you cant diverge from what "mother" says.. 1. no time was given to really appreciate the suffering jesus endured all for the sake of forgiving our sins.. 2. all thanks was given to jehovah for jesus sacrifice.
while i apprecite what the father went through here, on the memorial of christs death, shouldnt the appreciation and honor be given directly to him?.

2. All thanks was given to Jehovah for Jesus sacrifice. While I apprecite what the father went through here, on the Memorial of Christs death, shouldnt the appreciation and honor be given directly to him?
3. The GB was mentioned in the closing prayer and thanking Jehovah for them because if it wasnt for them, we wouldnt be able to understand the Bible, thats why we need to keep in step with current teachings from Gods spirit directed visible organization, we cant understand what the Bible says without their explanation.
4. The whole thing seems more and more cold every year. The speaker robotically went through the universal soverignty doctrine, 2 Adams, and spent the bulk of the time with going on and on about 2 classes of christians, why we shouldnt partake, if you are annointed you should be 100% sure you have been called. You cant choose to be born again, Jehovah has to choose you. We only observe the ceremony. Emblems roboticaly passed around and passed over by everyone there.
5. I really feel the GB is trying to combat the rising number of partakers by spending upwards of 50% of time explaining why very few if not none of the people there should partake.
6. I kept thinking of matthew 23:13 where Jesus told the Pharisees, that they shut out the kingdom of the heavens in mens faces, you do not go in and you do not permit those on their way to go in
7. He went on about how we are obeying Jesus command to the letter. Oh yea? How about the part where he says to EAT THE BREAD AND DRINK THE WINE! I see nothing in scripture about just observing
To me the whole thing is so classless. Honor was not given to Christ in true appreciation of what he has done for mankind, it was so souless. When any credit was given it was all to Jehovah for allowing Jesus to come, none to Jesus, no honor to him that all the NT writers gave him. Even if they were right about the 2 hopes thing, its so wrong on that day to focus all on doctrine. Full attention should be given to Jesus sacrifice, what he went through, what it means for us individually. Good lessons can be drawn about the mercy of God and how we should all show mercy to others and not judge, so we are not judged. That should not be the time to push unique doctrine. Its so sad to see so many sincere people be hoodwinked. I saw many visitors, why dont they research this cult? Why dont they look into this? I pray they do.

Regardless of who is behind all of this the fact is that reeducation camps are planned for if not already built in addition to all the FEMA camp documents, also they are now staffed with people that would report within 72 hours of being called, 2 billion rounds of ammo, armored bulletproof checkpoints ordered, thousands of DHS armored vehicles and tanks already here, 30000 drones, including armed predator drones to be in our skies with Obama fighting for authority to strike americans domestically, rebranding of terrorism shifting from al qaida to gun owners, Ron Paul supporters, conservatives, libretarians, constitutionalists, homeschoolers, people suspicious of centralized federal authority, etc and the NdAA which says anyone SUSPECTED of terrorism, (and terrorism can mean whatever they define it as that day), can be dissapeared indefinetly without any due process into CIA Black sites. Also the constitution is mincemeat on every amendment, with it being called old fashioned. The Ideas in it are actually new, with the bulk of human history being tyrannical systems. Also the US dollar is being turned into toilet paper, which was inevetable when they went off it being backed by gold, to being backed by thin air.
But as was said earlier, for most Americans, as long as there is facebook, twitter, good food, and cold beer and sattelite HD tv, no one really cares until all this becomes obvious and then it may be too late. This all sadly has historical precedent and mankind has been down this road all too often.

Flipping out at the meeting

for the most part i maintain my composure but there have been two or three times when i actually have gotten so upset and the frustration built so high that i have come very come close to actually slamming something down or pounding the table in the literature room, or shouting out how i felt!
has anyone else felt this way?
