Thanks leaving quietly and Blondie for that. I didnt know others felt the same way as JWs.. I can only think they translated this way because, like the WT they have an anti trinity bias

Actually I believe the only ones who think the word Jehovah should be there are JWs. Am I wrong? Can anyone show me anyone who isnt JW that believes that the Greek word translated Lord in romans 10 in most translations should be Jehovah? Who thinks Jehovah should be in the NT at all besides JWs?

Apostates cannot be reasoned with, why? They are like their Father the Devil. Satan will not use logical and honest debate. He can only use lies. apostates life a pathetic life of lies, like Satan and his demons.
And this just makes them not even bother to look any deeper.
Makes this more Ironic seeing as these parts at the DC utilize what the Awake itself have defined as tools that propagandists use.

How do you sit through this when awake and not audibly shout out? Everything they accuse apostates of is nothing more than Ad hominem attacks designed to scare the living daylights out of sleeping JWs. Everything they say about apostate tactics, are the tactics they themselves employ!
rEALLY have to love the part about how apostates are afraid to debate anyone, when its really just the opposite.

Welcome skinned sheep! You are not alone.. I am still a MS doing a slow fade for now, just keeping up enough apperance so as not to arouse anymore suspicion until the time is right.
In other news from the inside, the NuLite dosent seem to be ruffling any feathers, JWs where I live seem to be very exited about the changes and the need to keepup with the chariot
But then again the ones who arent so positive about the changes probably would just shut up about it and say nothing..

The bigger issue with this isnt the wording, but the fact that this passage is not referring to Jehovah but Jesus. This is in harmony with Acts 4:12. The insertion of Jehovah in ROmans 10 is a dishonest mistranslation as the word Jehovah does not appear anywhere in the NT. The context clearly shows that it should read that everyone calling on the name of JESUS will be saved!

Wow I am just seeing this thread.. I am so happy for you Eric you guys are such a beautiful couple! It must feel great to be able to be true to yourself and move on with life towards a bright future!
