I was curious, how many JWs end up getting caught up in pyramid scemes like Amway. I was caught up in there online program Quixstar for a little while several years ago. I noticed there are several similarities between Amway and a cult.

I googled clean animals in the bible and went to the first link. www.ucg.org
Not sure how accurate the list is. I also took out all the clean fish. There is also a list of unclean animals.

Plus in the story God must have expected no one else to listen. I mean they are already crammed beyond imagination. Seven pairs of every clean animal.

Really? A billion people? In less than 2000 years? How do you feed a billion people? Imagine china but with no central organization and no modern equipment. how do a billion people survive in primitive lifestyles? clothing, No sanitary facilities. homes to live in? deaths, The people were supposedly wicked so there would definitely be deaths, plenty of crime. If they are so wicked that God is going to wipe them all away they must be doing something much worse than murdering their own brother. How did Noah supposedly preach to a billion people in 100 years with 3 sons and a wife as well as build an ark and collect all the animals.
And why does god want to kill land animals but not sea creatures.
I always hear appologists argue it has to be a global flood because God would have just told noah to move some place else instead of build an ark. What if Noah couldnt move from his location? What if he was surrounded by land barriors and couldnt move all of his family and animals. Every time i think of that story the more rediculous it sounds. So no humans live near any large body of waters? No homans would have already built boats before for maybe fishing. Oh wait they only ate fruit/vegetaion from the ground back then. Maybe the wicked were smart enough to eat other foods.

No argument works 100% of the time. I know its a softball argument but I still think its a good argument to get people thinking. I mean they obviously dont believe there were more people than today. there is a time span of more than four thousand years to get to 7 billion people. I would also try to point out and ask where were they before the flood? did they really only travel a few hundred miles in a boat after more than a year?

So why would God flood the ENTIRE earth to drown a few thousand people?

Imagine you have a house. In that house are piles of waste and garbage are everywhere. You can put up signs and publically declair that you are against rats, roaches and desease. You might say how horrible they are and even educate people on avoiding them. You might try to eliminate every pest you see but if you dont eliminate the source and clean house they will just keep coming back.

Many religions like WTS may not be direct promoters of destructive things like rape, molestation, and murder but they have created a breeding ground for it through their policies. Its like having waste in and around your house. You may put up signs and publically demonstrate that you are against Rats, roaches and diseases. You might try to remove or kill several pests but if you don’t remove the source and clean house they will just keep coming back.
