  Jehovah`s Witnesses / Parasites On Christendom ,they need to thank them for the membership they have today.

  jehovah`s witnesses claim that all their beliefs are based on the bible.the bible clearly states early on in deut.4:2 not to add to the word....and rev.22:18 re-iterates much the same thing in not to make additions to the word of god.. i think we could agree on that the organization has raised the bar on that one with their "weasel" words on so many issues that have already been thrashed out on this forum.. so a few other things that come to my mind are : with regards to j.w`s being parasites on christendom.. 1. they claim christendom apostatized itself from true christianity by the 3rd century , yet they accept apostate christendoms determination of what books are to be included in the bible as gods word as if they were governed by holy spirit to do so.?.

  2.jehovah`s witnesses have only ever followed in christendoms missionaries footsteps where they have gone preaching and poaching off of the work these missionaries that have laid the groundwork before them .. 3.jehovah`s witnesses have never opened up virgin territory and gone where no other christian missionary has ever gone before .

  { not to my knowledge anyway i stand to be corrected if i am wrong on this point}.

  Watchtower and the Jehovah's Witnesses have gone all digital and online. Could explain why they can't even be correct on the times and seasons.

  Re: Point 4. This has always struck me as hypocrisy. The Jehovah's Witnesses claim Christendom removed the true name of god from the Bible. The Jehovah's Witnesses claim they have faithfully restored the true name of god, which they claim is "Jehovah," to the Bible. However the name Jehovah was the creation of a 14th century member of Christendom and was erroniously inserted into the Bible by translators in Christendom. Modern Bible translators of Christendom corrected the error and removed the name. But Jehovah's Witnesses cling on to the name that Christendom erroniously gave to god while decrying Christendom for not using the name. Go figure.

  Clearly, undeniably, without doubt ... is there a term for introducing a thought in such a way.

  watchtower article often introduce a point that has no merit with words such a "undeniably.".

  for instance the watchtower 2014 august 15 page 10 says:.

  "jehovah undeniably blesses the preaching work of christian women and supports them in times of trial.

  Evidently you meant to say:

  i guess if the jdubs have no clue how long a generation is they also wouldn't know how long a time period the word "soon" refers too.. 60 years ago my mother would hammer into my brain how soon the great tribulation was.

  soon jehovah would destroy the wicked.

  then a few years later there was no need to go to college because the end was so soon.

  The following is quoted verbatim from the JW LEAKS website:-

  The first edition of The Watchtower magazine, July 1879, made the following two comments on pages 5 and 8 regarding how "soon" the end of this system will come and the marriage of Christ's Bride will take place:

  "Keep your eye fixed on the prize. Soon-very soon-you may wear the crown."

  ""The Chaste Virgin" Church, which expects soon to go in to the marriage and become Christ's Bride."

  According to the testimony in court that I am hearing locally (i.e. Magistrates' Court of Victoria, Australia) Cardindal George Pell had a number of underage unlawful sexual relationships with children before he became a world leader of the Catholic Church.

  It makes a big difference to the Catholics I know. Ironically, the most single silent group on the subject of religious world leaders that abuse children are the Jehovah's Witnesses. Not a peep. Hmmm.

  On the other hand religious leaders in Australia did however apologise to the victims ... except for one. Guess who?

  I've always viewed such arguments presented by Watchtower as an appeal to consequences with both the appeal and the consequences controlled by Watchtower through historical revisionism, i.e. rewriting what the Bible writers actually meant by the use of 'freedom of religious belief' so as to create both the appeal and the consequence, thereby creating the appeal to consequences.

  Or simply put, Watchtower and the governing body legally lie when it suits them to support their teachings. The legal lie is protected by freedom of religion.

  what started as news of a man and woman being found unconscious on a park bench 12 days ago is escalating into an international incident.. sergei skripal had worked as a double agent for british intelligence mi6 before he was discovered and imprisoned in russia in 2006. he was later flown to england as part of a spy-swap in 2010. on sunday 4th march he was discovered along with his 33 year old daughter yulia close to a shopping centre in salisbury.. since then the story has become increasingly bizarre.

  a policeman who was first to attend the scene also became critically ill and remains in hospital.

  government scientists at porton down have confirmed that the cause is a russian military-grade nerve agent novichok.

  Oooh, conspiracy theories. Here's mine.

  The governing body of JWs arranged for Mark Sanderson to organize the use of the nerve agent. After losing the court case in Russia and the millions of dollars in real estate, Sanderson & Co decided to get back at Putin by setting him up. Who better to attack then a defector/traitor, or as Sanderson would say 'a mentally diseased human apostate.'

  This also sends a message to all current JWs who might be thinking of being unfaithful to the KGB WTS. Further it deflects media attention from the current push for a child abuse investigation into the JWs and WTS in Britain.

  As the King of the North and King of the South battle has died down the governing body of JWs have the scriptural advantage of fitting this into their imaginary interpretations of the book of Daniel.

  Not to be overlooked is 'the end is near' and 'you can clearly see we are living in the last days' mantra which only encourages JWs to dig deeper into their pockets to donate more and more money.

  Evidently the JWs and WTS and their governing body have the most to gain from the attack. Hence they did it.
