  i wake up, & there is a beautiful garden all around.

  people from all different cultures greet me.

  i take a breath of this wonderfully pure air, redolent of flowers.

  I scream, & then I finally wake up. In a dumpster, in a dirty, filthy town, that I don't even know, reeking of booze & urine.

  Adventures at the District Convention

  well, after a 15 month absence from the kingdom hall, i once again found myself in the biggest kingdom hall of all the district convention.

  as in previous years, the material presented was dull and repetitious, so once again, i was forced to provide my own entertainment.

  The film called "The Madness of George the 3rd" was renamed "The Madness of King George" for the USA release because it was thought that American audiences would think it was a sequel and people wouldn't see it because they 'couldn't remember seeing the other two'

  Well thank jeebus there are more intellectually superior people looking out for us. This dumb American would have never figured out George the 3rd wasn't George Part 3.

  i want to give my house a name.

  lot's of my neighbours have already done this, so we have a plethora of name boards springing up in my road.

  (actually, i susupect it's a sort of snobbery so that people will know that it's not just another old house full of flats and bedsits but a privately owned whole house).
