  Hey confused!

  I am a yardie born and raised and I can attest to being called a Jehovah's Wickeness growing up back home as a child In Kingston! It was rough!

  Your post brought back so many vivid memories of my childhood and now I'm extremely homesick. Now that I'm out I cannot wait to get home this year and fully absorb myself in island life.. Full ital rasta experience and all!

  We still have many JW friends there, many of whom are family friends and strong popular connections in the org, but I never tell them when we are coming. We stay in Negril, and have a blast! Glad you got to experience the country life!

  The pics are awesome! Irie, man!

  If You Were Still "In The Truth" What Type of Life Would You Have?

  i think there are many that stay in the religion simply because of family/friends considerations.

  Jamaican Branch Office Closing

  i'm from jamaica, montego bay to be exact.

  if there are other jamaicans here, feel free to let me know.. with that said, it was announced at our last meeting (a letter was read) that the branch office (bethel) in kingston would be closing, and affairs would soon be directed from us hq.

  now the branch office here is a large compound built on acres of prime real estate.

  I have fond... Yes fond memories of the Branch in Kingston growing up. Many of the branch members were family friends and some came to our home.

  The JWs there are a tight loving bunch and will take of those being "put out". I'll ask around and see if anyone of my family knows the deal.

  Captain, the Pelican lives. I know the family very well.

  Breaking Bad.... Walter White's house

  we are visiting family in albuquerque nm for thanksgiving and we stopped by walter whites house and car wash. were big breaking bad fans.

  Imagine if you've been inactive and you decide to go to the meetings/assemblies and you take the last bible had...you will stand out.

  Sometimes I REALLY wonder if it’s inevitable that all their lies/untruths/mis-directions/irresponsibility will eventually catch up with them? Seriously, isn’t there this “universal rule” that your lies will catch up with you eventually?
