DID ANY OF YOU actually bring anybody into "the truth" from scratch?
by journey-on inin all my years of jwing, i never actually brought anyone up to the stage of baptism.. i had bible studies occasionally, but they usually fizzled out after a while.
i can't think.
of more than a small handful of witnesses that ever actually got a study from door-to-door.

It wasn't published by the WT Society, but it reflects those Bible Students who were in association with Rutherford, as it has the song "Millions Now Living Will Never Die," which is termed a "Golden Age Song." Most of the defections from Rutherford's group to the other Bible Student groups came a short time later.
So what came first the song of the booklet?
Benjamin Barton gave a discourse by the name "The Harp of God", long before the Judge published his book.
"Comforted of God" was published by Frederick Lardent, he left shortly after Russell died.

Listen, it's quite simple .... the highway to holiness can only hold so much, so witnesses need to trim down so that it can hold them. sjeesh, do I have to explain everything?
