  1918 Watchtower Request

  i hate when the society does this.. apparently the watchtower society printed different issues of the same journal.. case in point.

  the march 1st 1918 watch tower was color cover with "how to study the bible" and a verse-by-verse commentary on revelation.. the march 1st, 1918 issue is a typical b&w journal with just regular articles.

  anyone have the color editionb in pdf?.

  I hate when the Society does this.

  Apparently the Watchtower Society printed different issues of the same journal.

  Case in point. The March 1st 1918 Watch Tower was color cover with "How to study the Bible" and a verse-by-verse commentary on Revelation.

  The March 1st, 1918 issue is a typical B&W journal with just regular articles. Anyone have the color editionb in pdf?

  Or is this THE FINISHED MYSTERY?

  I recall that one. I was told by a bethelite friend of mine at the time that the only ones who can claim to be representatives of the Society were those who lived at headquarters. Truth is the Society is trying to distance themselves from from the rank and file, to shield themselves from lawsuits when a JW or a congregation does something stupid.

  I also recall JW's knocking on doors calling themselves "Bible Students."

  Closure of an Elder run JW forum

  some of you may know of a longstanding jw owned and operated forum named "touchstone forum" (www.touchstoneforum.net/cgi-bin/yabb2/yabb.pl).

  wrench, the elder who ran the board, closed its doors rather quickly a couple of weeks ago, and has refused to discuss the reasons for the closure.

  no announcement of closing.
