I recently asked an aquaintance about his thoughts about JW's. He honestly said, "I don't think about them."

JW's are only relevant to JW's. People aren't so busy wondering about the work done and whether they are going to mess up and bring reproach on Jehovah's name. They hardly notice, if at all.

"Prone to Wrath" like one may be "prone" to homosexuality, yet conceds some anger is unrighteous, implying other anger is righteous? Does the same apply to homosexuality? And the ICING ON THE CAKE...Saying you're "born that way" is called a pathetic excuse and compares it to child molesters. And the desire for the same sex is "perverted". So there.

Wrath and child molestation...? That's the best you can do? Is it any wonder JW's are completely confused about this issue?

two of the older sisters in our hall both widows were looking on line for the jw.org site and were talking at the hall about how they have a jw singles.

meetup site on the jw.org web site.

they obviously were on the wrong site but didn't know the difference.

thats what one older sister typed into her "google machine"...looking for a recipe. You can imagine what she got.

That was over 10 years ago. Trying to re-brand the CORP now is futile. And old people buying I-phones and I-pads for the ministry? Give me a break. I remember a comment made by our CO years ago about how The Photo Drama brough X number of witnesses into the truth, Then how phono graphs and Sound cars were effective because they had Jehovahs blessing. Can't wait for the CORP to claim Jehovah's holy spirit invented the internet and was somehow responsible for the births of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates.

Ok...if that's what they are saying (it's so hard to tell sometimes) then they are speaking out of both sides of their collective mouths again.

Between the "fact" presented in the first sentence and the comment "pressure to be gay" it's still clear to me they still are not sure what they think about it. Still clear they don't understand it either.
