What argument is there for a single God?
by Qcmbr inmormon culture is replete with the concept of multiple gods and requires it to work.
other than a few biblical references does anyone have any compelling arguments for why any god, deist , creationist or full on personal god would - of necessity- be alone.
the argument seems somewhat weaker if the gender is applied as well.

jesus guys. he doped and tried some questionable medical procedures to win. i think he is more of a testament to the human body and minds ability to overcome anything. i concede, he cheated. but so did 2nd-8th. now if the second finisher was clean than i would understand the controversy. as someone else said, he was the fastest cheater. simple. as far as opra goes, she needs to stop pandering to dumb people and get on a bike herself.

several things come to mind. why is this congregation allowed to have a good time? second, an unapproved melody from a band who openly used drugs and had gay sex. also a guy holding what appeared to be a whiskey jug, IN A KINGDOM HALL? holy hell. heads would have rolled in our congregation. just the fact that they knew the song would be reason enough for an inquisition into "choice of entertainment". just goes to show that the rules are arbitrary and decided by a local dictator. and finally these lames should be tortured and executed for taking a dump on one of the greatest songs of all times. would you wipe ass with the mona lisa?

my adopted dad is a catholic. i have mixed feelings. catholicism is responsible for the retardation of education and knowledge for a long time. but this guy i know will give you the shirt off of his back, the $ in his wallet, and still be on time for whatever charity he is helping that year, even tho it usually results in being taken advantage of. all because he was taught to be christlike. he has also made some REALLY stupid decisions because he consults his priest about everything, (think ned flanders). and his lazy ass priest's vague answer to every question is "if it is gods will, the opportunity will arise", or some other fortune cookie sounding advise.
