it seems everyones B.S. meter is working properly. these guys pride themselves on being able to "sell milk to a cow". i constantly deal with these ppl. some even expect card info after a 5 min. presentation. if you want to have some real fun and have some spare time, you can turn it around. act really interested, ask lots of stupid questions, be constantly unavailible for meeting, get creative but dont give ANY info not even D.O.B. the way i see it if they want to waste ur time, return the favor. it can be lots of fun

my personal favorite is the automated call... press 1 to claim ur free cancun trip. i press 1. when the person picks up i tell them to send the tickets to a made up address. when they change the subject i proceed to get nasty, "i want my effin tickets you insert slurs. you called me, now SEND ME MY GDAMN TICKETS", they cant be rude back. hawhawhaw

so i finally made contact with my mothers overseer in ca.

i told him that i was considered that she fainted and fell while in service back in april.

this is what my aunt who still talks to my mother was told by my mother.

certified letter with return recipt? corperations dont f@&% around with certifieds. if you lay out the case and it happens again there will be documentation.

maybe a lawsuit for eldery neglect.

corvette slashed tires - conversation killer.

i have contact some old friends from my past to see what they are up too now.

two of the ones that are in asked me if i would ever go back to the kh....so i tell them the time when my hubby and i tried to go back about 9 years ago while we were in the kh the tires to our corvette were slashed ( $350.00 a tire) then they stop talking to me after i tell them that.

i never said that i thought the jw's did it, i just said that this is what happened.

that blows. back in the day we heard of vandalisms. i honestly doubt a jw would slash a tire. more likely they would just bury the envy and discuss how the mateialistic S.O.B would die at armageddon.

my thought is that a hooligan or athiest might vandelize the most expensive car assuming it belongs to the pastor.

i remember when a newish couple (young, no children) got a v6 camaro, i dont remember them much after that.

elderelite, howdy. ur posts crack me up. i agree that porsche is a great car. handling, balance, value, speed, and reliability.

that being said, imagine you are at a swanky nightclub. a porche and ferrarri pull up at the same time, you will witness royal status. infact in my redneck of the woods ferarris are parked by the doors as a status symbol of the club.

cool, guys and gals. i didnt realise there were so many gear heads here. and the diversity. i hope to hang out for a here for a while. so i appreciate you letting me get to know you and vice versa. it is refreshing to talk with people who understand the effect of the institution. im still learning social skills. you guys really rock. thank you all for being so christ like.

you are absolutely correct james in both senses. and loosie, you cant get any better more reliability for ur $. the integra is the same chassis as the civic. its like a go kart
