  My Humble Opinion of This Forum

  first off, i love frequenting this forum.

  it has given me the opportunity to truly put jw stuff to the test and i thank everyone for their helpful responses.. however, i have noticed a couple things.. 1) the use of the word "troll" is completely childish.

  this is no different than the name calling used by jws (e.g.

  Being Agnostic is depressing me....

  for those that dont know my story, basically i "woke up the ttatt" about a year ago, started fading, then went back, now fading again because i just cant stomach it anymore.

  my husband is very supportive, although he's still "in" for now, and trying to be regular with meetings and witnessing, he can see my point of view now, and often notices things in the wt or other publications that are "off".

  the fading thing is hard, sometimes i want to da, but because of the upheaval it would cause my family, im waiting a little while - i guess hoping that my husband will be on the same page at some point, so that we can support eachother.

  good humor bsmart. btw is that short for be smart, b-s mart(subsidiary of walmart or K-mart) or BS-mart, where we can buy all of our BS and BS accessories? the reason i ask is because my BS detector is out of batteries. lol

  i read somwhere, im not sure where exactly, that a person confronted with their lie will either laugh it off or get really angry. that is what the ministry school is all about, not getting definsive when proven wrong but to change the flow of the conversation. argueing will get you a return visit with an elder.

  cyber J. i agree with the assessment of troll. but do you not agree that an ex religion board is inherently controversal? hats off to the admins for letting conversations get heated but that is what this site is about. for the most part we all come from a similar background... especially us born ins. it is almost a social experiment in the different directions some of us have taken as clueless religious extremest after waking up.

  i agree with you're sentiment on the term troll. it is an exclusatory term for a person who doesnt agree with the pack. with so much political correctness floating around, the term should be little person with bad acne who has homesteaded the underside of a bridge, or is that a leprochaun? either way it is a derogatory term for an outsider. unfortunantly the same people have no understanding of cyber bullying. im not perfect nor is anyone else. i have offended and been offended... whateves. hang out, at least we all know we are messed up from the same religion. i hate all of you u but wouldnt consider hanging out anywhere else.

  two days ago (december 22, 2012) a high speed train with a media contingent left beijing west rail station bound for guangzhou, 2298km away.

  this is the latest section of china's high speed rail netweek and the longest high speed rail route in the world, with trains travelling at an average of 300 km/hour.
