A daily poem rather than a daily Bible verse
i've got into a bit of a rut visiting the same half dozen or so sites most of the time.
i'd love to hear your suggestions for good sites featuring popular science (esp' astronomy and evolutionary biology), natural history, poetry and english literature.
and anything fun and surprising you might like to spring on me would be welcome too!

-- and settling into my comfy, tattered wing back with the first of several cups of coffee.
I've always loved that quote from Hamlet, CoCo. Isn't Hamlet speaking to Horatio though? Or are you taking poetic licence ?
Your prose reminds me of my late husband's favourite film, Meet Joe Black. Have you seen it?

Depends what you mean by literature but this site has listings of everything from Joanna Trollope to Anthony Trollope to Dickens. To find out what they all wrote plus anthologies and series of fiction it is invaluable.

RubaDub are you being naughty? You are very cheeky sometimes. I found this book selling site and recently new posters have said they have had problems finding Crisis of Conscience and when they do it is very expensive.
You are not serious about Demunz are you, surely? Just messing with me, right?
there are many things wrong with the world, many injustices and crimes committed.
what if we could stop one of them?
wouldn't it make the world a slightly better place?
