we are going to have an extensive article in the new york times this sunday.
there is an early addition that comes out in most cities around on saturday.
i encourage one and all to get your copy and do not miss the important piece of history.
The New York Times can be purchased at any book store, most major grocery stores, most airport newspaper stands, every major city carry's it and some not so major ones.
I suggest getting extra copies for those ones that might have missed out. Just FYI the Sunday national edition runs around 4.75 but it is well worth it.
Also get your copy early in the AM because it has been my experience that by noon/mid-afternoon they are all gone.

while sitting in my garage having a smoke, i reached up to an old publication (which i keep handy on my shelves).

I agree with you totally on the words of Jesus. I think Just2laws would also agree.
Over the last few months I also have been studying not only the Bible but other sources regarding the Bible and it has ressurrected many of my suspicions and doubts I used to have even as a JW. For example, why is it that the God of the Hebrew scriptures is so horrible to deal with and the God of the Greek scriptures is so different that they don't even relate whatsoever? It is almost like there was a God for the Jews and a seperate one for the Christians. The loving God that Jesus prayed to is so different than the hateful one of the Jews.
After being lied to and decieved and basing my entire life on teachings of an organization I am more skeptical as to what I believe. I feel more free to explore other ideas and beleifs and a need to prove to myself what the truth is, including the truth about christianity. I feel more people should also when they are ready.
I don't condemn anybody for believing in the Bible or any other belief system as long as it does not harm people. It is a personal decision that one has to make and bare responsiblity for.

We just returned home today from two wonderful weeks of vacation.

We applaude Joe for his courage!!! It is a shame that elders of his calliber have had to resort to this. This is a trend that will not stop. As qualified men continue to leave it will only deteriorate the quality of the leadership that the WT has to offer, but the WT refuses to do anything about it.

yup, it's true, but these 2 americans are very welcome, because they have flown all the way from the usa just to come to my barbie!.
now i'm not going to say who they are, it would be just 2 easy to do that, but they are certainly a joy 2 be with!!!.
