remember the jw command only a few years ago "fully accomplish your ministry"?

looks like these young jw's didnt get the memo.. whats interesting is, just a few meters away were some street preachers handing out flyers and shouting about jesus.

i cant stand them either but at least you couldnt say they were skiving on the job.. bet they're still counting this as time as well.. .

This is very common. I know because I drive past the carts on the way to my clients and see them sitting down or just looking so disengaged and low energy. I love it. Carts are the best thing to happen to the JW cult.

Observations from an Ex-Elder Part 2 - Cart Work

up until i left recently i was participating in the cart work.

in the location where we used to set up near our local mall we never had one person stop and take literature or stop and chat - other than fellow brothers.

i thought maybe it was just a bad location or something.

I'm not an elder but when I was still going out in service to show my face, I know that everybody loved the carts because as they said, "all you have to do is stand there and don't need to say anything." Yeah, because nobody gives a crap about the crap we have to offer. It was very funny to stand there with brothers and sisters who are literally praying for nobody to come over and talk to them.

2 jws were standing by the pathway.

they made eye contact and said hello.

When they first started the cart witnessing, I thought it was the best idea yet! Because nobody goes there besides the few homeless or crazy people who need someone to talk to about anything.

Thanks compound! Yes the artwork was always impressive. That much I'll say. The new calendars are all about giving them more money, building more Kingdom Halls (even though they are selling more), giving them more money and volunteering to work at Bethel so they don't have to pay Bethelites anything anymore. Oh did I mention they need more money. I mean, Jehovah needs more money. Jehovah.

The "left" is now doing what the "right" did to Obama even when he did good things, always disagreeing with him. Stop making everything a left vs right issue! The threat from Islam is a real issue that impacts everyone here. Of course, the left has now taken Islam as their newest orphan child eventhough Islam runs contrary to their feminist ideologies and general human rights of everyone so Islam can do no wrong. When an anti-Semitic Muslim runs for chair of DNC, oh, that's ok, because we need diversity and he doesn't really mean it. Terror attack? Oh don't worry about that. That's a normal everyday thing we have to just adjust to and if you disagree then you are an Islamophobe. This is exactly why I do not take labels of political party. I only agree with issue X or Y or Z and go from there.
