its not about pedophilia is about the need to be registered depending on where you choose to put your dick.
My personal belief is ANYONE who chooses to "put their dick" in a minor should be taken out, nailed by their balls to a stump, given a dull knife, set the stump on fire and let them make another choice!
But I may be biased. After all years ago my JW ex-wife's new man made the choice to "put his dick" in my minor daughter, and of course without two witnesses got off scot free.

If this Bill is passed it will mean that the 24 year old who has anal or oral sex with the 14 year old will be in the same situation as the one having vaginal sex, and be subject to the judge's evaluation instead of registration being mandatory.
So, the left, in their infinite "wisdom" and their race to the bottom, decide that the penalty for one should be REDUCED, instead of putting more teeth into the law against the other. Why not just decriminalize ALL sex between person of ANY age, and let them claim consensual sex? There is a reason that the legal age in most states is either 18 or 21.

will restaurants and bars allow people to eat drink and simply hang out?.

Yes. Many deaths are counted already as COVID-19. There is a big difference in dying WITH COVID-19 and dying FROM COVID-19. The doctors and politicians saying this though have been actively censored and had reputations trashed by the "deep state" politicians and their complicit, biased media and [anti]social networking sites who have a vested financial interest in keeping the agenda of fear and panic going.

I just read an article, taken from the NYT none-the-less, that possibly 90% of COVID-19 positive tests were counted as positives because the number of markers to determine a positive test result were set so low that it would count even persons who would have been very unlikely to have ever passed the virus to anyone else let alone have ever shown symptoms. Who benefits from keeping at least (the United States) economy in the tank?

I don't see it as a choice between biden and Trump. I see it as a choice between the United States continuing as the country it should be, or the start of some other "country" that so many genuine patriots fought, bled, and died to establish in 1776, and more recently to prevent it from becoming in two world wars and numerous other conflicts against socialism and communism in the last hundred years.
And no, it is not Trump who will turn this into the latter choice no matter how much you dislike him as a person.

I remember once asking one of the elders, on one of the very few occasions that they made a "beat the flock" call on me, if they really thought it was a productive use of time to try to forcefully drag new people in the front door of the kingdom hall while at the exact same time willingly letting existing members walk out the back door without a word of concern? i have heard some people sympathize with these law breakers saying they understand why they do what they do and leave it at that.. of course i wonder how they would feel if their own property was burnt or stolen or destroyed..

I was only too willing to state the reasons why I was not in favor of increasing the financial load on now unemployed R&F thanks to COVID-19. No new building, no remodels, no CO's traveling. Oh, but the CO's still have expenses said the elder. I replied with a WT quote that the FIRST responsibility for financial help was family, then gubmint programs, then finally the congregation IF the other resources had been tried and exhausted.Only one meeting later I find out that the login password has been changed with the message, "The password entered does not exist." The elder who received my email changed it and I am "officially" banned. Some days just turn out to be better than others.

how do the congregation view the inactive ones who no longer associate?
not with disdain, we are told but as lost sheep “still our brothers “ it is said that god loves them and they too must do what they can to help them.. why have we strayed ?
Reasons why some have left?
Or "loving" members of the congregation may torment a person who has broken God’s law in the decades ago past, making him feel unworthy of God’s love.
Personally, if there is a god I do not believe he gives a fart in a mitten about humans.
