I remember my uncle decades ago showing kids how to get by using only one square of toilet paper. Fold it in half, fold it in half again so that you have square that is one-fourth the size of the original square. Then carefully tear off the corner so that when you open the square up there is a hole in the middle of it. Be careful to keep the piece you just tore off. Now you can slip the square over the finger of choice and take a good slow swipe across your arse-hole. Now fold the square over your finger and use the tissue to wipe off your finger. Now, hopefully you kept the little piece you tore off. Use that to clean out under your fingernail.
Perhaps someone could forward these instructions to WT headquarters for use in the field? Think of the money they could save on T.P.

Well, so much for going camping I guess. It is nice to see the WT "give" people permission to leave their place of residence.
There is no objection to removing your face covering when in an isolated outdoor setting, but it should be with you and worn when others are in the vicinity.
Yeah, nothing says "safety" like carrying a virus infested mask in your filthy hands, or your pocket and putting it on, and taking it off. This has already been proven to be even worse than no mask at all!
Those who are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, are sick, or who may have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days should not participate.

They are notorious for taking people on in December and getting rid of them in January.
I don't know of very many retail businesses that do not do the same thing to cover the holiday crush. You cannot expect a business to take on employees for a two month seasonal rush of traffic and then keep them on the payroll for the other ten months without the corresponding increase in business cash flow.

Yeah, we must find a way to make low effort equal high reward. And also find a way to make high effort yield low reward. Now THAT would be fair!
Should there be a cap on How Much Children of the Billionaire should receive as inheritance?
Of course. When someone who has amassed a fortune through hard work, long hours, and high effort dies the government should confiscate every last penny of their estate and give it to the "poor". After all it is not the "poor" people's fault they have less, so they should once again have low effort rewarded by high reward.
I would like to have all the perks of the so-called rich, but I am satisfied with what I have earned and paid for with my own two hands. My hands were made to work, not to hold out waiting for someone to give me what I did not work for, and what I have no right to just because they have it and I do not. Perhaps the government should mandate that wealthy people give their "ice cream money" to the government or other people? That would be more fair, would it not?

i have had minimal contact with my jw family, essentially just occasional phone conversations.
i think they could easily guess that i'm inactive but they pretend not to know and they've never shunned me.

How much do Elders actually get along with each other?
by Davros ini was reading in the shepherding book that elders should “ cultivate and maintain friendships with one another.”, and thought to myself “bulls$it!” i remember that most of the elders in my old congregation were nothing but nasty asses.
i know it may vary from congregation to congregation, but do elders generally get along with each other behind closed doors in elders meetings?
or, are they often in conflict with each other?

My observation - Elder #1 "compensates" by trying to lord it over the rest of the elders, the congregation, and loves to have the front seats in the synago-I mean the kingdom hall.
Elder #2 - Completely deaf, and so all elder #1 has to do is paste on his best fake smile as he looks at elder #2 while spouting the most idiotic B.S. and elder #2 just grins and says "Okay" to everything because he didn't hear a word of what was said.
Elder#3 - Hates any kind of confrontation and is under the thumb of elder #1, and his usual reply to anything is just a shoulder shrug.
They don't have much of anything to do with each other.
