Covid lung damage worse than from heavy smoking

we've probably all heard it, "i wish i could get the covid and that way it would be behind me", as if it were some annoying rite of passage.

"sure, i'll lose my senses of smell and taste for awhile, i'll lose my strength for awhile", etc.. what else could be the reasoning for ignoring the social distancing to attend maskless parties and similar large group gatherings?.

however, looking at the following xray images of certain lungs may help impress some folks into thinking that there are more serious happenings in the attack progression of this virus.

Well that's one conspiracy theory I've never heard ?

Perhaps Newsweek would be of some "conspiracy" enlightenment then:

Well one thing is sure, the planned outcome of COVID by the Chinese, Faux-ci, bill gates and the rest of the population reduction globalists is working.

Will JWs get DFed if they are caught with old JW publications?

i was told that if a jw now gets caught reading or with old jw literature they can get dfed.

i doubt this is true but wanted to know for sure.

perhaps not too long before they're DF for possessing non JW Bibles...!..

Sounds far fetched? Not many months after the grey Bible was pushed out I got a good talking to for using the 1984 edition of the JW Bible, and I have heard of the same elders chastising members for not using only the newest update of the study Bible instead of their 2013 (?) edition.

taking a vaccine would block that from happening doesn't make common sense ?

Where is your proof that the vaccine would block anyone from being reinfected? Studying the Bible with JW's and getting baptized as one will block you from being lovingly killed at Armageddon too I have heard!

The governing body KNEW

it was haranguing me about "getting right with gee-ho'-vuh", and how imperative it was to "return to the organization".

it continued on with the worn out argument that "the faithful and discreet slave know what we must do in order to be safe and to live, as gee-ho'-vuh brightens the light to them.

So I received an email from one of the used-to-be JW friends that now pretty much ignore me. It was haranguing me about "getting right with Gee-HO'-Vuh", and how imperative it was to "return to the organization". It continued on with the worn out argument that "the faithful and discreet slave KNOW what we must do in order to be safe and to live, as Gee-HO'-Vuh brightens the light to them." Then they had the nerve to conclude saying they had attached a photo that proved "The governing body KNEW in advance what was going to happen. See the Awake cover shows the protest at the Capitol."

I wish a person could make this insanity up, but sadly they look for anything to bolster their worship of the governing body.

The more I think about this the more I believe every home, every business, every building should be placed under a a dome (Like the TV show Under The Dome) and inside those buildings every single breathing being should be placed inside an individual plastic bubble, tube fed through an I.V. in their arm and mandated to wear self contained breathing apparatus 24/7. Of course we would need to rely on government to provide us with everything we need. . .FREE no doubt!

We could eliminate COVID that way couldn't we?

Why do some people seem to grasp so desperately on every bit of "expert" information about COVID bad and run with it? It may be serious, but C'Mon man. . .it is not the end of the world or humanity.

The violent "My book of bible stories" not for kids!

i once left a copy with the kids of my return visit.

the next time i came she returned it to me saying it was discusting and not something kids should be reading.

i was shocked since i learnt to read using this book.

The Bible itself is a disgustingly violent book but Watchtower illustrates this violence in such vivid detail... and then the Branch has the audacity to try to police what people watch on television or what video games they play.

Perhaps a bit off topic, and I may have mentioned this before; Prior to becoming FedUp I was in a serve us car group when the discussion turned to how JW's should avoid violent movies, TV, and books at all costs.

I jumped in to the conversation and recounted how I was reading a book that was full of stories about murder, incest, adultery, drunkenness, burning children alive and so forth. There was much chastisement and counsel about how I should quit reading anything that was that Satanically violent! So I "innocently" asked, "You mean I must quit reading The Bible?"

The Cancel Culture Is Alive And Well

if you don’t support certain ideas or beliefs, you may find yourself on the losing end in business, money matters, and community.

curt schilling, a former red sox player who is conservative today reported how his insurance company suddenly dropped him even though he was an excellent consumer with them because of his “ views”.

he was marked by those in charge and evidently was told by the rep he knew that they didn’t like his political views.

This is getting bad. No wonder some people are losing it and causing riots and insurrection.

And it is going to get worse, much worse. Over 74 million (74,000,000) people voted for Trump. I suspect many, like me, did not and do not think he is the kind of person we would choose for our circle of close friends. He did get things done that were good for the country though. That is a fact, no matter how those who insanely hate him try to spin the numbers.

Those over 74,000,000 people are not going to just lay down and quietly take the treatment the left is intent on dishing out.

The left needs to recognize the fact that the right (if they actually grow some cajones) is perfectly capable of tossing the s--t the left was throwing for the last four years right back in their faces, with interest!

I am wondering how soon marital law will be declared and people start getting arrested for conspiracy, fraud and treason.

The left, in the U.S., is already promoting that idea. Once they get into office it will just be a matter of time before people begin to feel the wrath of the left.

Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., said that some Republican lawmakers who are refusing to accept Joe Biden as president-elect "are bordering on sedition and treason."

Democratic lawmakers who've served in the US military condemned their Republican colleagues and President Donald Trump as "treasonous."

New Jersey representative Bill Pascrell has urged House speaker Nancy Pelosi to bar 126 GOP members from taking their seats, claiming that their support for President Trump made them 'traitors' who had violated the Constitution.

The current blatant censorship of conservative ideas and speech will pale in comparison to what we WILL see in the next couple years. Already "news" sites online have disabled comment sections on any story that might prompt comments not in line with the leftist agenda.

The only thing good coming out of it I see will be when those who mistakenly think they will be immune to the fury of the elites are targeted and then begin to whine about, "NOT FAIR!"
