  this is a good watch.. i agree with it 100% - the people pushing for everyone having to carry id are the ones that have shown over and over again that they can't be trusted with people's information.

  the tech companies want it because they would be able to link online tracking and information logging with people's real-world activities.

  Please provide us with a single example of a right that was been permanently lost in the past that was originally done in the guise of a public health order.

  Would you prefer we still be able to smoke on planes or put chewing tobacco spittoons in the lobbies of all major public buildings.

  Fun Fact- Prior to the Spanish Flu , all major buildings would have a chewing tobacco spittoon in the lobby each building. Health officials removed them thinking it wasn't a good idea to have a big pool of salvia out in the open during the plague. People then protested talking about how there rights were being eroded.

  How did that work out for them ?

  So I get a call from Public Health when it time for my child to get his/her shots because he/she has an inoculation record.

  In 2018 I travelled to the Philippines (rural) and before I went I called public health to determine what shots because had an inoculation record.

  I think any nation or insurance provider, public or private has the right to not fix idiots.

  Shit, if the internet was around when we had polio, we would still have polio.

  do you think there will be a noticeable drop-off in attendance as we have read on here that many have left or faded?

  will there be a mass selling of halls?

  Most of the big families in the halls I have attended , three generations deep ( not overlappers LoL ) , where just a product of a GI returning from the battlefields of WW2 and was attracted to the WTS by the horrors of war.

  Sadly I can see Covid as this next event to really attract the masses.

  Shit there was been more healthcare workers die in California on the front lines of covid than soldiers in Afghanistan.

  I come a large family of evangelicals and all have just stopped attending during the pandemic. The general belief was nothing could be more unchristian than getting your friends and neighbors sick. Plus there was some underlying health concerns.

  I know it is the exception not the rule man do so called Christians look like assholes right now.

  I am sure the angry anti government types will disappear with the vaccine roll out. The rest of the public will be done with the church also.

  The part that pisses me off the most is how unoriginal all this anti-government, anti-mask, anti-public health measure nonsense is. I am shocked that anyone who has ever been in the WTS can't see though this nonsense.

  conspiracy thoeries, persecution complex, government it out to get you. Its all same shit, different pile to me.

  It think the WTS have played the pandemic quite well. They didn't act like a bunch of selfish and crazy assholes like the evangelicals.

  Sadly I think they will get a ton of recruits when this is over.

  Derek Chauvin - The Right to a Fair Trial

  anyone following the derek chauvin trial?.

  if you are actually following it, not just listening to the media, you will likely realize that there is a huge gap between what is going on in court and what is being reported in the media.. if the trial was fair, i think he should be acquitted.

  there is plenty of reasonable doubt about the cause of death (his dealer doesn't want to testify because he could be guilty of 3rd degree murder for selling him a fatal amount of fentanyl) and even doubt over whether the officer even had his knee on the guys neck or did anything counter to what they were meant to do as per policy.. but is it fair?

  Jesus Christ

  He put a knee on his neck for eight minutes till he died of asphyxiation. You would have to have the moral compass of the must evil and uber circuit overseer to not think what happened was not wrong. I just feel sorry for all the good police officers out there.

  A persons opinion on what happened in this trial shouldn't have no bearing on what party a person votes for.

  i saw a statistic the other day that something like 25% of all the debt that the us has incurred since 1776 was created in the last 12 months.

  that's because they have printed so much currency and instead of letting that stop them, they are going to continue printing more to go on a spending spree on crazy green-new-deal schemes and union handouts.. does anyone think that this can be anything other than inflationary?

  they are effectively stealing the wealth of everyone to then hand money out to people.

  My dad left high school in 1971 and started working as a Mechanic. He started at $ 2.15 an hour and by 1981 he was making 23.00 dollars an hour. Then the bank of Canada said enough was enough and interest rates went from 6% to nearly 20%. If you owned money, you were royally screwed. If you had money in the bank, you were making out a bandit.

  I remember as a kid my parents paying 800 dollars for a VCR. Some of the purchases we think nothing of today were really big commitments in the 1980s. Free trade has really been our saving grace over the last 20 years because no one is getting raises.

  I hope when the vaccine rolls out that the supply chains go back to normal.

  that's because they have printed so much currency and instead of letting that stop them, they are going to continue printing more to go on a spending spree on crazy green-new-deal schemes and union handouts.. does anyone think that this can be anything other than inflationary?

  All that really matters is if a nation can sell its debt and pay next to nothing in interest. A few years ago Germany was selling bonds at a negative interest rates and nations were buying them. They were safe. Greece was offering 10-15% returns and no one would touch them.

  The US is never going to pay down any debt. All that matters is if they can service the interest. As long as GDP keeps growing, its not really an issue. Japan has twice the debt to GDP ratio of the US.

  The biggest danger to inflation was Trump artificially protecting American jobs and passing the increase into the consumer . Where were the fiscal hawks when Trump was running his monster deficits.
