  guy wears it in nyc bar and gets thrown out.

  manhattan court throws out the case citing that since its not religious discrimination, it’s the bar’s right.. what so you think about this?

  If you can't discriminate based off race, sexual orientation, biological sex (because there are only two genders), or creed, why can you discriminate based off of political creed?

  Why would anyone want to spend their money where they are unwelcome?

  just thought i'd start a thread about this topic.. john carpenter's the thing (1982) was a great film, one of his best imo.

  for me, it's right up there with alien (1979) as one of the greatest sci-fi horror films ever made.

  and yet one film made anything between $100 - 200 million at the box office whereas the other made only $19 million.

  Dirty Work is one of my favorite comedy films of all time.

  Classic Norm MacDonald style of dry humor mixed with cheesy one-liners. Don Rickles makes a cameo appearance.

  while london remains substantially the safer city overall, with less than half the homicides of new york last year, according to a new report a recent spike in knife crime meant february was the first month the uk capital was home to more murders than the us city.london has endured a significant increase in knife crime, with 15 dying in february, nine of whom were aged 30 or younger.

  meanwhile 14 were killed in the big apple..

  If those statistics show anything, it's that Whites are underrepresented as mass shooters. ~62% of US Citizens are white...only 56% of US mass shooters are white. That's a -6% mass shooter representation.

  Blacks: 12.5% of US population...yet, 16% of Mass shooters....

  Asians: 5.6% of US population....yet, 7% of mass shooters...

  So, if anything, whites are actually UNDERREPRESENTED as mass shooters, whereas Blacks and Asians are overrepresented.

  so lloyd evans will shortly be releasing his new book how to leave the jehovah's witnesses.

  i do enjoy his rebuttals and the stuff he manages to get hold of and leak.

  but i'm struggling to understand what he could possibly write to merit a whole book.. all info on how to leave is right here on this forum.

  if we eliminate all the controversial and confusing verses attributed to jesus we will get the crystal clear truth from him because his source was (1) god which can be seen from his habit of early morning talking to god in prayer (mark 1:35; john 8:1, 2) which would not have been for material blessings (mathew 6:8; 16:24), and (2) also observance of people.. 1) jesus who said judgment is based on whether we acted humanely or not (mathew 25:31-46) would not have spoken about god’s people and pagans (which means bulk of the things found in gospel had not been spoken/done by jesus).. 2) another important truth he said was about the real key to our happiness which he said is with each one of us.

  (luke 17:21).

  from his observance of history, he knew there are people from adversities who made great contribution to the world; and there are people from all abundance who lived a life of wastage accomplishing nothing; and there are people who are mixed in varying degree.

  with all the changes in the borg, does anyone know where all the ones that have been moved out of brooklyn go to the meetings?.

  in the past, they were assigned to a number of congregations in new york city.

  having now moved into more rural areas where there is no public transportation as there is in new york, where do they all go?.

  president trump is definitely a demagogue, a populist, and not a great extemporaneous speaker, just to mention few of his more conspicuous flaws.

  however, i was going along because "it's the economy stupid".

  now that has changed.

  dow jones losing 1175 points today, equivalent to 4.60 % ..... same more or less around the world's stock exchanges.

  it's like president bush said "wall street got drunk and now it's got a hangover".

  i think people went irrational over investing, a correction is needed..
