Yes steve2,
Really I could not control my laughter within me.
Where is their Abrahamic faith they proudly speak of?
yesterday i was talking to a witness who has some connections with witnesses in india.
when i mentioned about the plan of selling the branch property, he was saying ‘this is a clever move as they fear a ban in that country as recently happened in russia.’.
this shows what type of trust they have in jehovah!.

there is no charm in going to a cricket match after knowing the result.
similarly, there is no charm in living if there is nothing left to know.
we are surrounded by both—knowledge and mystery.
Hi sparky1
In larger view, anything that happens is a part of process which has its roots into past; hence no correct conclusion can be made by looking only at the end point. When a tree on the road-side is cut down, limited view can link it with final cut done on it whereas larger view may point to a man who made so many cuttings with his axe before that tree fell, and yet he was not the cause because he was only hired to cut the tree down because Electricity Officials asked the land owner to remove the tree because it was touching the electric cables. Doctors are good examples in trying to get a whole picture. When patients come to them, doctors ask many questions to the patients or their relatives to ascertain the disease and its cause because they know certain diseases have their roots in attitudes and even in heredity which are all invisible factors. It means cause may be visible or invisible, immediate or distant into past indefinite.
If attentively and objectively analyzed, one would see that destiny is the result of habit, and habit is the result of tendency, and tendency is the result of repeated action, and action is the result of thinking and thinking is the result of belief system, and belief system is the result of family, religion, country … into which one is born. That means there is a starting point and an end point for anything that happens—small or big. If one chooses certain food-habits and life-styles that contribute to excess insulin, he will finally reach the world of diabetic patients. If one lives “in fear and believes that he is not good enough,” he will finally reach the world of ulcer patients. If one feels he “is standing in a situation he hates” and feels “discouraged, overworked and overburdened” he may reach the world of people suffering from varicose vein. If one “squeezes all the joy in favor of money or position” he may finally reach the world of people who suffer from “heart attacks.” If a woman hates or “rejects her femininity” she may reach the world of those suffering from menstrual problems. (You can heal your body, by Luis L Hay, P 205, 206, 175, 185) In contrast, if a woman develops excessive attachment to her femininity and happens to be reborn as a male because of either karmic, genetic or other reasons, that person may still psychologically remain as female in a male body (or vice versa) who is called transgender.
We may not be aware of all the choices our souls make even now in this present life. For example, in one’s mind around 60000-80000 (https://www.successconsciousness.com) thoughts are unconsciously created daily, and whatever action one performs (in thinking, speaking and acting) consciously or unconsciously is also recorded so that memory is made possible. Such great activities of creation and recording are automatically done just like blood automatically flows from a cut whether it is caused by a blade by choice or by chance. Action repeated would results in repeated recording which is at the root of getting one’s tendency formed. Other vital activities such as circulations (heat, air, blood, life-force …etc), digestion, growth, repairing and renewing of cells …etc are all done unconsciously. But they are all done with the knowledge and supervision of consciousness (or soul) because the very primary aspect of soul is knowledge, as Nobel Laureate Max Planck [Father of Quantum Theory, also called Father of modern physics] rightly puts it: “I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.”(The Observer, 25 January 1931) “Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter.” (The Mental Universe, published in Nature, International Journal of Science, July 07, 2005) If soul is “the creator and governor” of the body, then it means soul KNOWS how to build and maintain the body. It also knows when to discard the present body, and when and where to take a new body, in what shape of the body, in which community and in whose company in particular, in which part of the globe and way in which it will die….etc. People who have subjected themselves to Past Regression were surprised to see that all the details of present life were decided by soul before taking the present body. (Destiny of Souls, by Dr. Michael Newton)
Thus God is in no way connected to what happens to people. Everything happens according to the automatic and neutral mechanism called Action and Consequences. The person in your picture can have his imperfections restored in the incoming new world. (Mathew 19:28)

has god preserved his word today?
many people attack, doubt and fault god's word.
yet god has made several promises in his word.he promised to preserve his word unto every generation,he promised that every word would be truth,he promised that we can rely and depend on his every word.satan wants nothing more than to dismiss, and cast doubt on god's word... so the question today is... do we have god's preserved word today?
God finds no necessity to provide guidance to mankind through written books as the following examples show:
1) When Christians tried preaching in India, they were surprised to see Mr. M. K. Gandhi, leader of the freedom struggle, already practicing the very essence of Bible.
2) Swami Vivekananda (the Star Campaigner of Hinduism) got a shock of his life when he met a Christian boy already practicing the very essence of Hinduism when he was on a foreign tour. Vivekananda purchased one kilogram of apple from a shop and started walking with it. A boy who was following him stopped him and wanted to repurchase the apple, offering the double amount. When asked why, boy replied: “I saw the shopkeeper mixing spoiled apples also when you were busy talking to other customers. When you return to your country, I don’t want you to speak ill of our country.” Vivekananda promised he would not speak ill of his country because of the loft attitude the boy manifested. But he understood even little ones are endowed with moral sense which means preaching is not needed.
People are able to do what is right if they want to; hence written books are not necessary.
there is no charm in going to a cricket match after knowing the result.
similarly, there is no charm in living if there is nothing left to know.
we are surrounded by both—knowledge and mystery.
I too went through stages like you. First I thought I was born imperfect and will be always imperfect. Now I am convinced that if anyone wants to be perfect, he can; and if anyone wants to continue to be imperfect, he can, and also if anyone wants to alternate between both, this too is possible.

Even if you discard my Biblical references (which are only supplementary in nature) you still can reach the same conclusion through quantum mechanics and imperfect theorem ...etc.

similarly, there is no charm in living if there is nothing left to know.

Religions and their varied forms of worship is not at all a concern for God. That is why all the prophets avoided the subjects of worship from their topics. (Mathew 7:12)
Jesus said judgment is on the basis of how humane one was while dealing with others (Mathew 25:31-46)
Spirit of what I wrote is this: In imperfection, you feel the need of working for perfection. During summer we wish for rainy season, and vice versa. In paradise, we wish for capitalism. When the capitalism shows its ugly face with polluted earth and climate being thrown out of balance, we wish for paradise, and vice versa.

similarly, there is no charm in living if there is nothing left to know.

There is no charm in going to a cricket match after knowing the result. Similarly, there is no charm in living if there is nothing left to know. We are surrounded by both—knowledge and mystery. If you believe in God, then you have the problem of explaining who created Him. If you believe in materialism, you have the same problem of explaining what caused Big Bang, how energy turned into particles, how laws come into existence to govern various particle formations—inanimate and animate and all laws that enable life to be sustained with abundant provisions for the enjoyment of life. It is this mystery that makes you curious to know more and more and even to seek perfection, which makes life interesting. Thus imperfection is the charm of life, not a curse.
We also find another similar situation in which we find certain things as constant and certain things as transient. Take the case of trees—the silent food factories. The visible aspects of them are very familiar to us—birth, growth and death; yet the invisible programme that ensures the seed that contains in it the memory of all its future generations capable of perfectly copying all the features is constant. Thus everything is a play of what is constant and what is transient—something we can see everywhere—in micro universe and macro universe; and play of perfection and imperfection.
Similar thoughts came to my mind when I was trying to understand Kurt Godel’s Imperfect Theorem. His findings led him to make this interesting conclusion: “Our total reality and total existence are beautiful and meaningful . . . . We should judge reality by the little which we truly know of it. Since that part which conceptually we know fully turns out to be so beautiful, the real world of which we know so little should also be beautiful.” That means perfection and beauty exist somewhere which can elevate us into such perfection and beauty if we want to. Various cultures (prominent among them is the Bible) show that history had a perfect start. Genesis chapter 1 shows mankind was in God’s image for some time, and later they moved to the second phase of mixing perfection (“good”) with imperfection (“evil” or absence of good), thus becoming like “trees of knowledge of good and evil.” In other words, new system of things began to move into the process of becoming old. What has become old can be “renewed” by the Creator, says keenly insightful ones like Jesus. (Mathew 19:28) Otherwise system of things will plunge into a bottomless pit of decline which would not be permitted because of the very fact this was brought into existence by some Supreme Mind operating on it with some purpose. What is true of macro is true of micro too, and vice versa. Take our own case. My body (matter) was made into this shape because of some power other than matter was acting behind it because “in materialism all elements behave the same. It is mysterious to think of them as spread out and automatically united. For something to be a whole, it has to have an additional object, say, a soul or a mind,” says Mathematics legend Kurt Godel in his biography A Logical Journey, written by Hao Wang 9.4.12)
There are others too who are convinced of this. Nobel Laureate Max Planck [Father of Quantum Theory, also called Father of modern physics] said: “I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.”(The Observer, 25 January 1931) Richard Conn Henry, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University, in his article“The Mental Universe” (Nature, International Journal of Science, July 07, 2005) quoted Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans as saying: “Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter.” Thus soul is the eternal and invisible reality that builds the ephemeral and visible reality called body, which explains why we have a subjective experience. Just like new body is created by soul, new system of things would be created by the Supreme Soul on earth when present system of things becomes too decadent. Only those who were humane in their dealings with one another (not on the basis of which God they worshipped) would benefit from this new world (Mathew 25:31-46).
i consider myself an atheist, i completely reject the idea of a totalitarian desert god/any god and the bible is a book of fairytales and folk legends.. i do however sort of believe that this life is not all there is.
i’m not talking about heaven or hell but in a tangible state of being.. there are a few experiences i’ve had in my llife.
could be imagined could be real.
For those who are deep into Mathematics, perceiving a soul having existence independent of body is not a difficult task. Thoughts, recordings (memories), dreams …etc do not originate in the brain which is like a machine made of parts, says the great Mathematics legend Kurt Godel says in his biography, and then he makes this conclusion: “The brain is a computing machine connected with a spirit. Consciousness is connected with one unity. A machine is composed of part. In materialism all elements behave the same. It is mysterious to think of them as spread out and automatically united. For something to be a whole, it has to have an additional object, say, a soul or a mind.” (A Logical Journey, written by Hao Wang, 6.1.19, 21; 9.4.12)

Bible writer himself admitted some untruths contained in the Bible. (Jsremaiah 8:8)
