At the moment, it is very hard to answer your question according to the information published on the JW website.
The WT May 2020, study article 20, paragraphs 15 and 16, says that Armageddon will come when Gog of Magog, a coalition of nations led by the king of the north (Russia and its allies), will attack JWs. That means many nations, if not all, will “follow” the king of the north (Russia and its allies) in this decision.
At the same time, on January 3rd 2022, the JW website published a piece of global news linking an article (https://www.state.gov/international-religious-freedom-or-belief-alliance-statement-on-jehovahs-witnesses/) saying that many nations (like Australia, Brazil, Denmark, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and the United States) are “opposing” and “condemning” decisions, like Russia (king of the north) one, to persecute (could we say attack?) JWs…
when humankind will be perfect again after 1,000 years living in a paradise without being influenced by satan and demons, since "the number of these is as the sand of the sea" (revelation 20:8), a huge amount of "perfect" people, like adam and eve, will be bad, disobedient, and rebel being misled by satan once again.. does this mean that after living today surrounded by bad, disobedient, and rebel imperfect people, you will still live surrounded by bad, disobedient and rebel "perfect" people in a paradise?.
does this mean that badness, disobedience, and rebellion are part of the "perfect" human nature considering the big amount of people involved ("as the sand of the sea")?.
is it possible that we were originally created with such a strong desire and tendency to badness, disobedience, and rebellion as a result of a wise, loving, and perfect project?.

forgetting for a moment the past, let us imagine that now we are about 8,000,000,000 people in the world and jws are about 8,000,000.8,000,000 / 8,000,000,000 = 0.1%.this means that satan can mislead 99.9% (100 - 0.1) of the people in the world.after 1,000 years, when humankind will be perfect again, since "the number of these is as the sand of the sea" (revelation 20:8), once again a huge amount of perfect people will get misled by satan.if the reason for this big number was because of the imperfection, that means adam and eve's fault, not so many "perfect" people should get misled by satan in the future paradise.so, could you think that 99.9% of the perfect angels are demons misled by satan?
if not, why is satan able or allowed to mislead so many more (imperfect and) perfect humans than angels?another question is: if god "does not desire anyone to be destroyed" (2 peter 3:9), why does he allow satan to be able to mislead 99.9% of people since he knows in advance that "many, i tell you, will seek to get in but will not be able" (luke 13:24), and "the number of these is as the sand of the sea" (revelation 20:8), and "go in through the narrow gate, because broad is the gate and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are going in through it; whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are finding it" (matthew 7:13, 14)?

i’m in no position to leave the organisation, maybe some people will see that as weak or whatever, but we have to all go down our own path in life.. i would like to be able to wake people up in my congregation, how do you think best to do this?

I have never been an elder and I think you cannot help others to wake up (especially without risking a lot in your position), but you could delay their baptism so that to have at least the opportunity to be awaken at that age.
As a PIMO parent, with a PIMI mate, this is what I biblically think, and it is nothing that you could label as "apostate" and as a PIMO elder you could do something similar as well.
My child (and children in general) should get baptized only:
1) When it he will be 30 years old (or, at least 18). Jesus set the example in prayers etc., so he set the example also for baptism: not before he was 30. He was perfect, he was the God's son, and he knew the salvation of all humankind depended on him, so he was the best example of a person who should have been baptized as soon as possible with a sense of urgency and he did not do before he was 30.
In the NT accounts you can always read about men and women getting baptized, but never boys, girls, or kids...
You could say that a 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16... years old person is a man or a woman, but when you are at that age you are not mature enough to choose a mate for all your life: how could you be mature enough to choose the real God and His religion forever?
They could say: but the end is very close! Yes, but if it should come tomorrow, it would still be plenty of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1... years old JW's children not baptized: why not baptizing them as well, then?
2) After reading the entire Bible at least once. If studying one or two books that teaches you a few hundred of verses without context is sufficient to get baptized, why did God write thousands of verses in the Bible? Just for having something to read as a hobby only after the baptism?
3) After knowing that secrets books exist containing hidden information regarding the way you will be judged. If having secret/hidden books/information is God's will, why not telling this to people before their baptism instead of discovering it only afterwards? Is there anything to hide?
4) After knowing that with the baptism (in my Country) you become an adherent member of the local WT Society according to its Statute. Why discovering that casually only after the baptism on a Kingdom Ministry? Why not telling this to people before? Is there anything to hide?
These are all things I regret for not having known and/or done before my baptism!
